Walking Upright.
Great arch support. These would have been excellent if only the ‘ball of the foot’ had more support. As an insert for ladies ‘work shoes’ these inserts will reduce the fatigue experienced in their shins and knees.

I bought these while waiting for the six hundred dollar custom insoles from my podiatrist. I must say they are built very similarly. I can’t speak of how long they last in comparison, but I could buy twenty of these.

Good for plantar fasciitis, bad for metatarsalgia
Comfortable and great for heel pain, but not enough support or cushioning on the forefoot, which is where I have most of my pain. The metatarsal pad is there, but hardly noticeable. The gel cushioning on the forefoot should be thicker for metatarsal and forefoot pain.

J’ai glissé ces semelles dans de vieilles chaussures de sport que j’hésitais à jeter et le confort n’a plus rien à voir. Le pied est mieux maintenu, surtout au niveau de la voûte et de l’avant-pied, et l’amorti change vraiment la sensation à chaque pas. Les chocs sont mieux absorbés, on sent moins les irrégularités du sol et les séances de marche ou de course deviennent nettement plus agréables. La matière reste assez légère, on n’a pas l’impression de transformer ses baskets en chaussures orthopédiques lourdes. Le tissu respirant évite aussi la sensation de pied qui “cuit”, même après plusieurs heures.Pour moi, c’est une bonne solution pour prolonger la vie de chaussures un peu fatiguées ou améliorer des modèles basiques. Elles restent bien en place dans ma pointure 44 et ne glissent pas dans la chaussure. Au final, je suis très satisfait : j’ai l’impression d’avoir gagné une nouvelle paire de baskets sans racheter de chaussures.

J’ai remplacé les semelles de mes Jordan par ces semelles Welnove et… wahou ! Je ne savais plus marcher sans douleur, mes pieds me faisaient tellement mal avant. Dès la première utilisation, j’ai senti une énorme différence : le coussinet métatarsien soulage parfaitement la pression et la douleur disparaît quasiment instantanément.Le soutien de la voûte plantaire est top : mes pieds sont bien alignés et je peux marcher ou courir sans ressentir de gêne, ce qui était impossible avant. La semelle reste bien en place dans mes chaussures, elle amortit vraiment les chocs et la mousse est agréable, ni trop dure ni trop molle.En plus, elles restent fraîches et respirantes toute la journée, même après plusieurs heures de marche. Je peux enfin profiter de mes baskets préférées sans souffrir. Ces semelles sont un vrai must-have pour tous ceux qui ont des douleurs aux pieds ou des problèmes comme la fasciite plantaire ou le névrome de Morton.En résumé : confort maximal, soutien parfait et plaisir de marcher retrouvé. Je recommande absolument !

This is my second pair of Welnove insoles. They have made such a difference due to the support they give my arthritic feet. The arch support and the metatarsal pad really helps relieve pressure on the ball of the foot. Perfect for anyone needing extra support and comfort during walks or running. They fit nicely into my trainers and make my walks a lot more comfortable. Excellent quality and well worth the money!

Zu meiner Überraschung sehr gut und besser als die angefertigten Einlagen. Ich hab eine Überlastung des Vorfußes und ich kann damit gut laufen. Ob die Schmerzen auf Dauer besser werden kann ich noch nicht sagen
