Meditate and Yoga Pose PERFECTLY!
Perfect size and easy to carry to class. Being certified in yoga a few years ago, I want to keep my certification. I keep taking classes and practicing. Being petite, 5’ and between 95 and 100 lbs., I do not want a bulky mat. This is perfect. It stays secure, indoors and out and allows you to do your “ down dog” “up dog” and more with ease and comfort and best of all stability. Buy it if you’re searching.

I have bought two yoga mats. The first one I got from somewhere else. It was flat and wasn’t much cushion to it. This one was so much better. I felt the difference as soon as I got down on it for my yoga class, it pays to get something of good quality that you’ll be using all the time to thumbs up

Invest in a better mat
I’ve had this mat for less than a year now and was drawn to the cost. Very early on, the material it’s made from started to “shed” in bits, requiring frequent vacuuming when it’s used. I’ve now spent a little bit more money on a higher quality mat, which I should’ve done in the first place; buying this one, then the new one, has cost me more in the end. I would recommend spending a few extra dollars on a higher quality mat made from more durable, non-shedding material.

Don’t waste your money
Had to throw it away after one use. It pretty much disintegrated while I as using it. Don’t buy. It’s a complete waste of money.
