These insoles completely transformed my sneakers! Supportive Insoles
These insoles have a nice shape to them that provide support in all the right places. They are thicker in the heel area, which was a bit odd at first, but after wearing them for about a week, it conformed better to my foot’s shape and was quite comfortable. The size is also nice; they fit my shoes perfectly right out of the box (I’m on the upper end of the size spectrum), but they could easily be trimmed down and even have guide markers on the underside for it. Having these in my shoes has made walking around so much more comfortable, and there’s a noticeable bounce to my step now. I’m not exactly sure what the material is that these are made of, but they are nice and soft with a fabric layer on top for some added comfort. I use these in my walking shoes, so I can’t attest to how well they stand up to more active movement, but they are at least great for walking. I’ve had these in my shoes for about a month now, and they’ve been working without fault, so I have no doubt that they will last at least another couple months before I start to notice them wearing down.

The heel has a solid cushion that might feel a bit strange at first, but after a week of wearing them, it adapts to your foot shape and posture. I’ve been wearing them since they arrived. They’re very supportive to my arch and the cushion is just right. I wear a size 9.5 women’s and they did not require any trimming as the fit was perfect.I removed my insole from my sneaker and added this one making it seem like I’m walking on a cloud.It’s good quality and the price is right.

Unsure of sizing
Easy to cut but they just aren’t comfortable on the ball of my foot. I put them in my hiking boots and they just aren’t comfortable, even after wearing for a few hours. I think it’s because of there the little ridges land when my foot is on top, so I would guess maybe the sizing is off. I am on the smaller side for the size I ordered. Not sure if sizing down would’ve felt more comfortable.
