Tasty Gut Support in a Chew
I decided to give the YouChews Apple Cider Vinegar soft chews a try after enjoying their coffee and ashwagandha chews, and I’m glad I did. I’ve been taking them consistently for a few weeks now, and I’m pleasantly surprised at how good they taste—a dessert-like flavor that’s sweet but not too sweet, with no sharp vinegar bite. Even better, I’ve noticed my gut feels improved since starting them, which is a big win. They’re easy to take (to home or on the go) and fit right into my daily routine.The only feedback I’d share with the company is to consider adding guidance on the best time to take them and whether they’re better on an empty stomach or with food. Overall. I’m really happy with these and plan to keep them as part of my daily routine.

These chews seem to work well. They taste, ok, they aren’t bitter like drinking apple cider vinegar, there’s a sweet and sour taste to them, and while they aren’t disgusting, they taste just ok. The apple taste is mild and I didn’t taste any caramel. They don’t have a strong smell, and they seemed to have no effect on my energy levels. They are very soft, and easy to eat. However they are far more expensive than even organic apple cider, so if you can tolerate the bitterness, that may be the better alternative.

Don’t let the vinegar name throw you off
I was nervous at first to try this since I am not a big fan of ACV but these were perfectly flavored, not sour as I was expecting and great consistency. I am excited to have these as an option for pre and post biotic.
