Misleading pictures, MUST be unzipped to use!
The pictures that accompany this are incredibly misleading. The top of the cooler MUST be unzipped to use: the pump just sits poose in the water, with both the ice hose and the power cord coming out of the top of the cooler. No way to use with the cooler zipped like the pictures show (with the cooler photoshopped in to look much bigger than it is). An open soft sides cooler, sitting on a stool as they direct, with 2 lines coming out of the top of it is a disaster waiting to happen.

Affordable Cold Therapy, Good for Budget Recovery
While this cold therapy machine isn’t as advanced as professional models, it’s much more affordable and easy to use. If you’re on a budget, it’s a solid choice for post-surgery recovery or sports injuries. The programmable settings and portability make it more convenient than ice packs, though it may lack some premium features and build quality in the attachment. Supplemented with ice packs its a solid buy.

“It has been perfect! I’ve used it for three weeks after a knee replacement. I’ve used it at night, and it has been excellent for controlling pain and swelling!The cooler is nice & tall so it fits a 16oz Pepsi bottle. We rotated six or seven frozen bottles in, once in the morning and once at night. There was still plenty of ice in there when we swapped them out. The pump is very quiet. I wouldn’t even know it was running except for the cold wrap around my knee. My physical therapist said this was a good cold therapy machine and I have to agree!”

Excellent cold therapy machine and great customer service!
This ice therapy machine works great. The knee pad gets cold very quickly, and the ice easily lasts a full 24 hours, so I don’t have to constantly refill it. It’s lightweight, portable, and super easy to use. I love that it has a timer and a remote control, so I can adjust it without having to get up. The pad is very large, which not only works perfectly for the knee but could also be used for the lower back, shoulder, or hip if needed. It fits well and secure. I have had zero issues with leaking, which makes it completely mess free. I also plan on freezing water bottles instead of using loose ice to make the cold last even longer and make cleanup easier. On top of that, the customer service is amazing, very responsive and helpful. This has been a huge help with pain and swelling after surgery. Highly recommend for anyone recovering from a knee injury or surgery.
