Fantastic Product!
I recently purchased the Cold Therapy Machine System for my shoulder surgery recovery, and it has been a total lifesaver! The machine is well made. The programmable timer and remote control are fantastic features. The timer lets you set it and forget it, which is a huge bonus when you need to relax or nap. The remote control is simple to use and provides easy access to all the settings. The machine itself is sleek, compact, and doesn’t take up too much space, so it fits easily beside my chair. It’s a small cooler! The large shoulder compression pad is incredibly soft and comfortable. It wraps around the shoulder nicely, giving full coverage. Great Cold Therapy Machine
Awesome cold Therapy machine system.I always had one for an ACL surgery and got this one for shoulder pain.The Programmable Timer through remote Control for pain relief and after Shoulder Surgery Recovery is an amazing feature. The Quiet Pump is also a great feature.Very easy to assemble, set up and utilize.

Perfect for shoulder!
This ice machine works great for shoulder injuries. It’s easy to set up and fits perfectly on my shoulder. It’s so much better than using several ice packs and trying to keep them in place. Great value!

This thing really works and has been a lifesaver
It works just like it says. It fit my husband who had shoulder surgery and he loves it. It is a great value for the money. It is smaller than the one we had for his knee surgery years ago but this little thing really works hard. I do have to help him get it on it would be impossible to do it for yourself since you can only use one arm. The directions are clear. And there are items explained on the actual machine. My husband says it has made his recovery so much better – the cold is very comforting. I believe it will last far beyond his need during recovery, so the durability is great.

Needs Larger Reservoir
Product did the job. However it needs a larger reservoir. Would not stay cold overnight.

Very faulty product! Arrived wet inside.
Our experience with the product was horrible! My husband had shoulder surgery, and we received this in time to start icing his shoulder. He was in bad pain and needed the cold therapy. When we opened the box, we all noticed that the reservoir was wet inside. Huh. But we needed it right away, so we ignored that issue. We set it up, turned it on, and it promptly started spurting a lot of water from where the tubes attach to the reservoir. We tightened everything as directed on the outside. Still big leakage! The floor got all wet as my husband waited for cooling relief that wasn’t coming. We tried and finally gave up. Then, when we went to put it back in its box for return, we couldn’t remove the tubes (since we had pushed them in as far as we could), we so had to jam everything into box to get it to fit and return for a refund. Perhaps that will keep the seller from trying to pass it off on some other unsuspecting patient. The problem is, that left us starting from scratch to find another solution for my husband, putting him two days away from cold therapy relief. Shame on the seller for sending out a know faulty product!!

Doesn’t keep ice cold for as long as advertised. No longer works after a week and a half.
