Excellent Compression & Massage Capability
These boots are a great way to get the circulation going. Post surgery a couple of years ago I had used boots like this at my physiotherapist and they were instrumental in my recovery – so when I saw these I just knew they were going to be a life saviour for my ankle following an ankle replacement.With regular use, these boots are an excellent tool to assist for post surgery, muscle recovery, circulation and general massage of the leg area. I have the large, which at first when I unpackaged them, they might be too long however when I put them on and start the therapy, they are just the right size for me at 5ft8.Getting into the boots is easily done [maybe with a little wriggling around] and understanding the levels of compression is quite easy too – the highest level is a bit too much for me but for others in a family the highest level is fine.I have also had my 93 year old mother try them out as she suffers from poor circulation and swelling of the legs and surprisingly she felt better and had a little more mobility from about 3 sessions every 2-3 days. Having a very handy carry bag is also great for portabilty and I can take them to her place any time.I can report less swelling, more mobility of my ankle, calf and knees thanks to these compression boots – everyone should have a pair at home. Our entire family fight over who’s next to spend 20 minutes with them!Well made, quality materials, very comfortable, easily understood instructions, sturdy carry bag and incredibly relaxing after a big walk or exercise make this product 5 stars [would give more if I could!].

Impressive quality! Easy to zip up and relaxing
These air compression leg boots come in a zipped travel case. Easy to put on just by zipping them up over your legs, there’s a console to control the compression. Super easy to use and very useful after a long run or rough hike. Not only is it relaxing but seems to help my leg muscles not be as sore if I use them right after heavy exercise. Absolutely worth it! Highly recommend.

Wow wow wow – this recovery system is excellent
WOW – I am blown away at how solid this makes my legs feel. My legs are sore all the time and weekly massages get to be way too expensive. I got this for myself and while it is expensive, it is so worth it. This honestly feels better than any hands on massage that I have received from a therapist on my calves and thighs, it compresses and there are different options for massaging. It is excellent and also pretty small – I was worried it would take up a lot of room but not at all, you can easily take it somewhere or toss it under a cabinet until it is time to start relaxing and healing.5 Stars – excellent quality

Impressive compression massager
This is a serious piece of equipment, which is instantly clear when unboxing it. Sturdy and well-made, these components feel likely to last. The leg sleeves are pretty easy to put on and use, and massage intensity can be very strong or light depending on the settings, with good precision for small adjustments. There are a few patterns for compression, but all of them operate on regions within the sleeves. One thing this means is that you won’t get a kneading or rolling type of massage feeling from this machine, but it does seem to help with recovery and feels good after using, so I’ll keep using this as part of my self-care routine.

Good quality for the price
I have tried this type of leg compression massage machine before. It is great to use it after a workout. It relaxes the muscle after each use. I have always wanted one but it was very expensive. After my friend refered me this brand. The price was affordable and I was worried about the quality. When I received the product, I immediately opened and used it. It felt so good and the quality is superior. Best bam for the bucks!! Now my kids are fighting me over it:-))I got the small size one and it is perfect for the size. It is really easy to use it.

This has been great for someone who frequently runs, but also is stuck at a desk most of the day. I can say that for both use-cases this has been a welcome treat!The air compression leggings are well made and materials feel plenty robust- especially the air tubes. Same for the connectors, which have a nice, solid click when connected. I’d also note that the air compressor is much quieter than expected.From a design standpoint, the compressor, screen, and controls use an all-in-one approach, with the unit having a relatively small footprint. The controls are intuitive and simple to use.Overall, we’re very pleased with the quality and results. I’m not a doctor and this isn’t medical advice, but there is published, peer-reviewed research that air compression leggings aid in recovery of long-distance runners. And while this is no replacement for a deep tissue massage, I certainly feel refreshed after a 30min session!
