Works great
The Cold Therapy Machine works great. The water ice basket keeps the water cold and is leak proof. Storage is easy as everything can go right back into the ice bucket. It is made really well and should last a long time

Not as advertised
Unit leaked when initially set up and couldn’t find source! Pump has small suction cups which are to keep it in place but didn’t work so pump would float up and suck air instead of water. Even with 6 frozen water bottles unit would not stay cold for more than a couple of hours. No way to contact seller so I will return and buy a different unit since I am postoperative total knee replacement!

Look very close at the pictures and read reviews before plucking down $100 of your hard earned cash
Bought it after a knee replacement. Just stick with an old fashioned ice pack. Works better! My wife and I thought it would be a convenient addition to the ice pack. After one day we returned it as was more to do with just so so results. Even though it looks like something worth the $129, when we saw it in person and used it the feeling was we got Taken advantage of by using deception in the photos of the soft side cooler and few feet of vinyl tubing included. Wouldn’t recommend to fellow knee replacement people.

Excellent Cooling Machine for Recovery
I’m very happy with this cooling machine. It’s quiet, well-built, and leak-free. I used it after ACL surgery, and it really helped with pain and swelling. The pad fits perfectly, stays in place, and the timer makes it super convenient. Excellent quality and totally worth it!

Not very well made.
You have to make sure to put a towel under the container.Or you will have water everywhere. Make sure you can cut the hose because it gets holes in it next to the pump. Really not happy with this purchase.

Knee surgery recovery guru
I’ve been using this cold therapy machine while recovering from knee surgery, and it’s been really helpful. I just put frozen water bottles in itThe pump is strong and keeps the wrap nice and cold, plus I like that I can set a timer so it doesn’t run too long.The USB powered design means I can plug it in almost anywhere. I’ve been using a power bank or wall charger depending on where I’m resting. The ace bandage wrap thingy fits well around my knee.It’s portable and effective without being bulky, and it’s definitely made managing pain and swelling a lot more comfortable during recovery.

Effective quiet and no leaks.
A very well designed and well-constructed cooling device. I ran this machine for several hours and paid very close attention for any irregular pump noises or leaks in both the pad and tubing and I didn’t see any. Considering the price this is a very well constructed and effective cooling unit for any usage you might have. Very happy with this item.
