Cold device with no ice
This cold machine is a great solution for muscle soreness and injury recovery. Did not work as planned
I was hoping this would work like a ice pack. For me it did not. It did get cool but did not have the same impact as ice packs do I took it on a trip after a knee surgery but did not use as it just did not work as I had hoped I would not recommend or buy again

I’ve been using this about 2 weeks on my hip and elbow. I’ve used both hot and cold. it’s very easy to use. The box contains a larger and smaller strap that fastens with Velcro. both straps stayed in place really well. the device worked really well for me. you can adjust the temp between a couple different cold and heat settings. I only charged it twice which surprised me. It’s a hard plastic container so it isn’t flexible but i didn’t expect it to be. it wasn’t uncomfortable but it did inhibit my arm movement when used on my elbow. Again, not a negative as that was expected. for the area i needed, the size was perfect. might be small if you need a large area covered such as a back. it’s really quite powerful for the size. I thought it was a great deal and it helped mitigate the pain in my elbow and hip. I would recommend it.

Right on time.
Came right on time. I was having knee issues and this was so much easier doing hot/cold alternating therapy than putting ice packs in the freezer and setting up the heating pad. After all if you have knee pain you don’t want to continue to get up and down back and forth to the freezer to do alternating therapy. This worked great and is user friendly. Easy to switch from hot to cold and cold to hot. Best of all it’s rechargeable and can walk around if I need to.

Easy to use and works great!
This cold therapy machine is great. It is small and compact, easy to use, and cools and heats well.I have been impressed with the heating and cooling functionality of this device. For both heating and cooling it has three modes/temperatures to fit your needs. It also has a mode for five minutes of cooling followed by five minutes of heat and then back and forth. LEDs indicate the mode.The cooling gets down to a good temperature and works well on sore muscles. The heating is also impressive. The fan is relatively quiet.It comes with two straps which can be used individually or together to hold the unit in place. Of course, it can also be held be hand.The only con I have found in the week of testing is the size (see pictures). The heating/cooling unit is only 3″x2″. However, that is clear from the pictures and description so not really a negative.

5 stars really is not enough. ADA/chronic illness/ sports injury family. I am almost in tears because a company finally listened, this product actually gets cold on your skin and stays cold, not cool than when you wear it than it’s warm, I’ve had it on my arm while charting at work and it’s cold after 10 minutes still on the first setting! And without changing anything but a setting I can switch it to warm! The straps have Velcro on both sides and the tabs to thread the Velcro through the anchors are actually solid not stiff! I again have it on my wrist and since I can use both sides of the Velcro I don’t have a strap flapping around. It is rechargeable and you don’t need water/freezer or anything, just air for the fan to run. Seems durable but haven’t tripped over my dog with it on yet, least expensive on the market however checks way more boxes. Straps come off so I used it to rub my shoulder with the warm setting and it actually glides
