What a fantastic heating pad to help with my Crohn’s. This heating pad also warms your hands as well which is a great bonus. This heating pad has 3 heating levels, 3 intensity levels and 3 different modes. The option for a timer is great if you fall asleep with this heating pad on. Significantly Reduces Back Pain Quickly! The three heat setting and three vibration settings are very effective at severely reducing lower back pain! It feels soft and comfortable, not bulky, and is made well. I highly recommend this product!

Perfect heating pad for back, front, and hands.
This is a nice sized heating/massage pad for back or front. It is firm with a sherpspa-like cover. When I’ve got it on my front, there are a couple of pockets to slide my hands in to keep my hands warm.It has a large belt wrap that can be used to wrap around the body. It is also large enough for me to wrap it around my recliner back so I can keep it in the place that feels best on my back. It is hefty enough to not fold over when I get up or move around. It has heat and several massage types and levels. The massage is gentle, not pounding or painful.The downside is the timer for the heat is only 60 minutes. Time flies when it feels so good.

Modern version of a heating pad!
This heating pad is nice. The adjustable heat is great and it really comes through the pad, in a large spread out area. I like the option to have the vibration as well. I especially like the pocket for your hands! Makes it extra cozy. The pad itself is nice and soft, and can be machine washed, which is important. The one thing that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me is the belt function, I know it is meant to keep the pad in place, but you can’t really go anywhere with this heating pad because it is plugged in- would make more sense if it was able to be charged and used wirelessly so you can walk around with it on. Overall, it works as advertised and I will be using it instead of my old-fashioned heating pad!

Using it for my arm!
Although this heating pad is meant for the belly area and whatnot, its versatility has been phenomenal to me! It has 3 levels of vibrations, 3 levels of heat, different vibration modes, and a timer. It’s lightweight and of great quality. What has impressed me the most, is how many body parts I could use it on! I originally got it because I figured it would be nice for cramps, and allowing for some relief, while also keeping my arms warm with the arm pocket. BUT, it has turned into so much more for me! I could use it on my back, on my calves my inserting my legs through the pocket, and most importantly, for my hands and arms!Lately, my right arm has started to tingle and numb itself every single night. It’s extremely painful and shoots from my finger tips to above my elbows. It keeps me tossing and turning every night, but I found that if I lay it on my bed and insert my arm in the moment it starts to tingle, the vibrations will counter the numbness, and the heat will provide extra relief, allowing the pain to completely vanish in a few short minutes. This has made its functionality absolutely invaluable to me and totally worth it!
