Wonderful product
This is an amazing product I use it on a daily basis, I’m horrible at remembering to take medications and ever since I bought this product I haven’t missed one medication. It works amazing and was very easy to set up.

Worth every penny!
Game changer!! My teenage daughter could NEVER remember to take her medicine. She loves this because the pill holder will beep every 2 minutes until she opens the case and takes the pills out. Highly recommend for anyone who struggles to take medication. The app was so easy to set up, it took maybe 3 minutes. Worth every penny!

Sticker on the front of the box
The sticker on the front of the pill box is a QR code. This was helpful to get to the app I needed for the pill box, but left a sticky residue that would not come off. Eventually it came off after scrubbing with alcohol and other products.

I forget to take my medicine ALL THE TIME!This saved my life….!! It beeps the entire day! Until you take your medicine.This alerts. It’s connected by Bluetooth to my phone. The alerts come to the calendar as well and it’s travel based so I can bring it with me wherever and the charge seems to last a long time. The only downside is to create an account. You have to make a fake verification code for it to go through

In the end, worth it’s quirks
I’ve had this pill box for a few months now, and I can confidently say it has been the best system I’ve tried for getting me to take my medicine on time. With that said, here’s what you need to know:- The app is a buggy mess. It barely functions. Fortunately, you only need to use the app to set up the alarms; once you have it set to your preferences, you don’t have to use it regularly.- There is no way to snooze the alarm, so if you’re often busy and can’t take your meds right away, you might wanna set an additional alarm- The battery lasts a couple of weeks, but as it gets low, the pill case starts acting funny, like the alarm not turning off when the putton is pushed. I would keep it at least half charged to avoid annoyances.- In my experience, the alarm starts to go off 1-2 minutes earlier than scheduled, and will drift earlier and earlier over time. 2 months in and my alarm was going off 5 mins early. This can be solved by re-syncing the device with the app via bluetooth, so it’s not a big issue.- at some point the button on the back stopped working all together but you can turn the alarm off by opening the case and closing it again, so it’s kind of a non-issue.Clearly, this product has a lot of problems. But I have not found anything comparable in it’s price range that actually works, so I’m generally pleased with it. It does what it’s designed to do, in its own buggy way.

Not good
The main goal when I got this for my wife is a reminder that doesn’t go away unless you take action.It is complicated. The device itself is perfect, syncing with the phone, and it will beep at the specific time, continuing to beep until you open the pill compartment and take the medication. For example, if you have set your reminder for 9 pm, it will beep for about 15 minutes and then nothing else.Another problem is that on Samsung, the application cannot notify you, as the application is blocked. So you can sync, but no notification.

Not the easiest to set up
Difficult to set up and there are definite flaws that need to be fixed. No way to show you are just taking half of a pill for example. Also it would be nice if you can remove each individual compartment. Also you can take a photo of the pill bottle but then you still have to type in the name of medicine. Started to return it but finally figured out how to make some features work better.
