Makes sure I take the right meds at the right time on the right day!
A little confusing to set up, but I figured it out in about 15 mins. The YouTube video was very helpful. This works great! The pill boxes are just big enough to hold my many prescriptions and a few large supplements. The alarm and flashing lights make sure I don’t forget to take my meds. I take Rx’s for day and night. The flashing light makes sure I don’t get them mixed up…which I had been doing a lot lately. My whole day is ruined when I do that. It’s expensive. I hesitated to spend this much $$$. But it is worth it if it lasts. It requires 2 AA batteries.

Fantastic, helpful, and well worth the cost!
I have purchase this twice, first for my 96 year old mother who finds it to be an excellent way to be sure and take her medications twice a day. It worked so well that we ordered one for my brother! Setting it up is very easy if you follow the directions on the brochure that’s included. You just set the time and day, and then set the times you want the morning and evening alarms to go off. Not only does it sound the alarm, but it lights up the individual pill compartment that you need to take at that time. It’s well made, and ensures that no mistakes or forgotten medications occur. Great product!

Good idea…but flawed
I bought this for my mom who needs reminders to take her meds. I set it up for her and it was great reminding her to take her meds, but it went off at 3:00 AM every night as well and woke her up. I checked the settings…took out the batteries…reset it. Still went off. I exchanged it for a new one and tested it before giving it to her to make sure she wasn’t doing something to cause the extra alarm. Same thing. It worked for me on time, but it also went off in the middle of the night and other random times. I see by the reviews it’s a common problem. Wish I had read them before. I need for my mom to get sleep at night, so I’ll return the second unit and keep looking for a better alternative.

Just missed the mark
Got this for my mom who has dementia and although I like the set up for the manage her medication but the alarm on it isn’t so good. Sometimes it goes off and sometimes it doesn’t. And was very easy to set the alarm on it.

Easy setup. Well worth it.
I got this for my dad. He used too get confused taking his pills or sometimes even forgot to take them. Since he has been using this. He takes all his pills and always on time. It has made a huge difference to his health. It is simple to setup and works flawlessly. Great purchase. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my 28 yr old son, who, 3 times last year, has taken an accidental overdose by grabbing his PM pills in the AM.The good points about this box are:>It really does work great once you get it programmed.> the alarm is audible around the house, but not super annoying> it lights up the compartment of the pills you should take.> it seems pretty well constructed.The bad points are:> the box is confusing to program at first, while it has a sheet of instructions, they start by telling you to set the alarm times,rather than the time of day.> even though you can program 2 alarms, it only displays one of them at a time. This makes it confusing too.> the icons on the programming interface for setting time of day, alarm 1, and alarm 2 are really very small and hard to notice.> you can’t not use the audible alarm feature. When I bought it, I thought you would be able to choose lighting only or lightingand beeping. Not so. My son doesn’t like the box because he doesn’t want to be beeped at about his pills.> it is batteries only. It would be great if it plugged into the wall socket or a USB so you didn’t have to worry about running out ofjuice.> it is only for use for either one or two sets of pills per day, (not 3 or 4, etc.)Once you get this box set up, it does work very well and for someone who would also need the audible reminder, it would be great.

Good for elderly woman with early dementia
My mom is a few years into a dementia diagnosis and she was struggling to maintain consistency with her meds. We were skeptical about this as a solution but decided to try it before escalating to more expensive personal care option. Since then, in 6 weeks she hasn’t missed a pill, so I’d say that’s a huge success. Way better than we expected.We set it up for AM/PM alarms. I used a PTouch label maker to label AM and PM on the device. This helps when refilling it to know which one is which. The big red button that says “NEXT ALERT” also wasn’t obvious to her as the way to turn alarm off and set it up for the “next alert”, so I used the label maker to provide some basic instructions too. It’s worth noting that when the alarm goes off, it actually flashes a red LED light on the actual little pill compartment that’s supposed to be consumed. Alarm is loud enough to be annoying from an adjacent room but won’t wake the neighbors. Compartments are small but hold ~7 pills each.

Life changing!
This has been an amazing product. I have struggled with making sure I don’t take the same medication twice a day. I have struggled with overdosing accidentally. I have struggled with being able to find my medication. This has been an amazing product. I love that the light flashes longer than the sound after you hit the next button so that I don’t have to sit and listen to it while I’m taking it. The light makes it easy to find the medication. There is Braille on each of the medical medication compartments and I love that. If I were to make a recommendation for improvement it would be I’m visually impaired so it would be nice to have some haptic feedback in the compartment with the light. I know this would make it a little more expensive but that would be an amazing feature for the visually impaired and as people get order older they begin to lose their vision. Thank you for such an awesome product. It’s really made a difference and how I feel everyday.
