Game changer!
Easy to set up. Functions well. It’s a game changer for my elderly friend who forgot meds or accidentally took them twice a day. This machine prevents that. The alarm is loud enough she can hear it. It locks so pills don’t get mixed up. Its big but it couldn’t be made smaller and still be for a months worth of meds. Size probably helps keep it from getting lost. It seems durable.

Highly recommend this automated pill dispenser, for anyone needing help in remembering when to take pills. Great for caregivers. You fill the dispenser with any combination of morning/afternoon/evening pills, then set the alarm times and lock up the box. At the set times, the machine starts flashing and beeping. And it automatically rotates itself to the appropriate compartment.Then the person who takes the pills only has to open the compartment door, tilt the pill box into their hand and take their pills. No calculating what day and time it is. The caregiver or person filling the box needs to be more organized in setting it up, and also in using an app to set alarm times, etc. But it is very easy for the one taking the pills and who wants to maintain independence.The box locks with a key and the key takes a little maneuvering. They should have made an easier key mechanism. But it works well once you get a feel for it.

Great device. I was forgetting to take my pills. Now I haven’t missed a dose since buying this. The morning pills are taken at different times due to my work schedule. I’m able to adjust the 1st dose each day from my cell phone.

After time, misaligns
Started off fine, but annoying that it only connects with your phone if they are near each other. Does not work for caring for my elderly mother that does not live with me. After a few months, it started to misalign. When turned over (required to turn off alarm), current pills PLUS a couple small pills from the NEXT dosage came out. Such a disaster.

Can Be Extremely Helpful ESPECIALLY For Elderly!
This Bluetooth Pill Dispenser is quite a gadget!Comes with more than enough pill compartments for all your pill dosages & then some.I help an older gentleman take his meds, he constantly either forgets, takes the wrong ones, doubles up, etc. so I thought this would be extremely helpful with that.I also take several medications on a daily basis & there are plenty of times I’m already in bed & wondering if I took my last pills for the night. This is where this device comes in handy.It has the paper rings for how many times a day you take your meds. You sync the App (you need to download it) to your phone, set it up & set the alarm with the pill box itself. It will lock & open based on your settings in the App.Comes with complete, thorough instruction booklet. It’s a bit complicated at first but once you get the hang of it it’s smooth sailing from there.They give you two keys, one is a spare to lock & unlock like a MASTER key because if that locks up it’s locked & you are not getting in unless that alarm goes off.Has lots of bells & whistles, sounds, lights, audio, visual. It may be overkill & may have been better off with a much simpler solution.My concern with this and it’s already happened is this…during a power outage, & the WiFi and Bluetooth go out…it’s no longer synced up….it was undiscoverable during the power outage so it wouldn’t open. Luckily there was extra pills in the bottles that could be accessed. Now if this was the only medication left, then what? The person would miss their dose?So, it has some flaws, but it definitely has its advantages as well & the theory behind it is amazing especially for the elderly who need that help with their meds.At the price of $84.99 (at time of posting this, 11/06/25) I do feel it’s a bit pricey & a little too high for most budget-conscious consumers but the peace of mind it gives might be worth the investment.Overall, I would recommend this especially if you have elderly parents or are a caretaker monitoring mediations for others.
