RN + Mom = Always on my feet… very impressed
As a busy mom and RN, I’m on my feet constantly, so foot pain is basically part of the job. I’ve only been using these Dr. Scholl’s inserts for a few days and I can already feel a huge difference. My feet aren’t throbbing at the end of the day, and I’m not racing to immediately kick my shoes off the second I get home.The cushioning is soft without feeling squishy, and the arch support sits exactly where it should. They slid easily into my work shoes and didn’t make my shoes feel tight or awkward. The arch is just high enough to support, but not press on it between my foot and the shoe. My feet are extremely flat.What surprised me most is how quickly they helped. I figured it would take a week to feel anything, but even after my first shift wearing them, the pain was noticeably less.I absolutely loved the basically immediate improvement in foot pain. Not 100% pain free, but considerably less. They provide great support without bulk and the durability is dependable, perfect for long shifts, errands, and chasing toddlers. They look easy to trim and fit into most shoes, but thankfully I didn’t have to trim. They fit perfectly into my size 9 shoe.I wish they had just a little more heel cushioning, but that’s personal preference and not a dealbreaker at all.Overall:If you’re on your feet all day – work, kids, errands, everything – these inserts are honestly worth every penny. I’ll update my review once I’ve used them longer, but so far I’m genuinely impressed.

Help with pain
As I have gotten older, my legs hurt more. I work on a concrete floor and these help with the pain after being on my feet all day. They offer good support and are comfortable in most shoes. I do not use them in all shoes because they are thick and make some pairs uncomfortable.These are better than some insoles I have used and I always wear these when I wear flat sneakers (ie Converse, Keds) as they have absolutely no support on their own.

Concert life changing!
Ok listen, as someone who has worn flat shoes their whole life (converse, flats, vans, sandals, etc) these insoles honestly and truly fell like I have a giant rock in my shoe supporting my high arches. It’s an adjustment. I was skeptical.BUT I wore them in a pair of Vans to a summer music fest and for the first time in my whole life did NOT experience that oh-so-bittersweet lower back pain that I always get at concerts. It’s the only environment Ive ever experienced that particular discomfort, since my very first rock show at the ripe age of 14. Who would have thought a little ARCH SUPPORT was the answer all along. Color me surprised! HahaBut anyway.If you’re not used to support, these are gonna feel funky. And while my feet are still not exactly comfortable in them, they don’t HURT when I wear the shoes they’re in either. It just feels very different than what im used to. But my back has thanked me, and so I’m convinced these are great.I suspect if you wear them regularly, you would adjust to the uncomfortableness after a short while.The shoes I added them too fit a little loose before, and with these they fit perfectly. So I would recommend either adding them to well worn shoes to revive them, or size the shoe up a half size to accommodate. Or maybe you can take out the shoes included insole to accommodate, I don’t know. Do what feels right for you, booboo.

Incredible Comfort and Support for Workouts
I’m so glad I bought these Dr. Scholl’s Extra Support Insoles! I trimmed them to fit my workout shoes, and the difference was immediate. They’re amazingly comfortable and provide great support for my feet during runs and gym sessions. The cushioning feels soft but still stable, which helps reduce fatigue and keep my feet feeling good even after a long workout.They’re easy to cut to size, slip right into your shoes, and stay in place without sliding around. For anyone who wants more comfort and great arch support in their athletic shoes, these are a total game changer. Overall, they work well, provide pain relief and aren’t too thick so they can properly fit inside your shoes.

Okay support
While the main arch support is good, and there is some secondary arch support, there is almost no padding. It kind of cradles the foot instead of giving support to the main pressure areas. It feels like what a good supportive shoe might feel like if it was missing its insert. I expected support AND cushion. This is not it.

Instant lower back pain relief
Highly recommend.18 weeks pregnant and recently got a job that requires me to be on my feet for 10hrs. My lower back was killing me, almost unbearable pain. I tried these insoles and zero back pain whatsoever. (In exception for normal pregnancy back aches). If you’re seeking lower back pain relief, these will help.

Great upgrade!
I bought these to put in a set of Skechers that the insole had worn out and my feet were starting to hurt on walks.I have really high arches and am also in a plus size category. These made a noticeable difference in my walk- I could feel the arch support and the soreness I was noticing after walks went away.
