Order more trays you can not add to them as of yet
We purchased this for an early dementia person. We love the unit but found a lack of information on its capabilities and use before we bought it. We lucked out with a 2-tray unit. Each tray can only dispense at one set time per day. It would be very helpful to have the user manual online to view prior to purchase. We tried online chat for info with no response and called the phone number provided on the manual for an answer to the time-out/lockout time for dispensing the pills and were not given an answer. Short story, the machine is great, the support, not so much. Make sure you order enough trays to cover future needs. You can’t add trays to the machine you buy and will have to repurchase if you don’t!Does exactly what we need today, 14 days at a time…SATISFIED…

Unreliable and not to be trusted
Most difficult to set up most unreliable worst instructions and customer service I’ve ever experienced. This device is unreliable and does more harm than good by not dispensing when programmed. Buyer beware
