Instructions / Precautions

Cold compress method:

– Place the Winluck cold pack in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

– Remove cold pack form freezer and place a light towel or fabric barrier between the skin and cold pack. Use the strap as necessary to hold the pack in place.

– Without professional advice, do not exceed 20 minutes of cold therapy at a time.

– Return cold pack to freezer and cool for 30 minutes before reapplying to area.

WARNING:

Continuous cold in one area can cause injury. To avoid frostbite, cold therapy should not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Continually shift the position of the product when use and never use longer than 20 minutes in one location. Check the skin under the pack frequently to avoid damage.

Do not use damaged pack. Discard pack if damaged, punctured or torn.

CARE AND STORAGE:

Store cold pack in freezer between uses. To clean, wash in lukewarm water with mild soap and air dry. Not dishwasher safe. Discard if punctured or tore

Care: -Wipe all moisture from the Winluck cold pack prior to putting in freezer. -Winluck cold packs are most effective when stored at temperatures below 12°F(-11°C). -Keep in freezer when not in use.

HOT WATER: bring water to boil, remove from heat, and immerse gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes. After 4 minutes, check every 1 minute to see if correct temperature has been reache, then remove and dry it for use

**For safety of keeping contents inside the compartments, it is not advised to place gel pack in microwave for heating.
