This Is a Hamstring Stretcher for Knee Extension & Pain Relief, for Sciatica, Low Back, Calf, Leg & Hip, for Flexibility, ACL Surgery Recovery Physical Therapy Equipment. This is a 2025 “upgraded” item. This is very similar to what I use in my Physical Therapy sessions twice a week, for Sciatica. When you first use it, you will feel the tightness in your hamstring, but continues use, eventually loosens it up. Now, I am almost 70 and have been sedentary for many years now, and developed the Sciatica. I left it go for over 6 months, (which the Doctor told me I shouldn’t have) so it has taken me longer to feel relief. But if I do it, just 2xs a week, I am pain free. I can now continue at home what my Therapist does at his business. I really like this and one thing about this that’s different, is that this bar has padding, and the therapy office’s doesn’t. This is also inexpensive, and I highly recommend it.

A MUST Need for Knee Replacement Surgery Help…
Since this last knee replacement surgery. I have been experiencing this dreadful pain shooting from my hip down to the front of the calf. I might as well just leave a hot knife stabbing me in the leg for 3 months, because that is what it feels like! And I’m not a wimp! This is my fourth replacement surgery to the hips and both knees now… I know pain!I’m still in physical therapy and my therapist has exhausted me and himself trying to straighten this leg all the way…I’m bending it pretty well, but flexing and straightening to the full extent is just not happening as quickly as I thought it would… And it is causing issues with driving more than a few miles. Until my therapist purchased a similar device about 3 weeks ago… The knee is finally straightening better and the pain has been diminishing as well as the shooting pain down my leg. Then a week later, I am back where I started from… The knee being tight and hard to straighten and bend. Even with exercising at home..That being said, I purchased this last Friday, because obviously my leg needs more than just the regular stretching…I also had a future appointment to urgent care the following Tuesday to get muscle relaxers to calm these nerves down, because the pain pill wasn’t cutting it at all… I received this on Saturday and by Monday night, I was able to cancel the Tuesday morning appointment, because the stabbing is almost gone!!! The device is sturdier than the one at the therapy office and was on a great sale, so cheaper and better quality. I didn’t really need the instructions, but they are helpful for other body parts if needed… I highly recommend this device to anyone who just needs to good stretching, but for knee issues and replacements. it can really be a game changer..

Not For Big Thighs and Large Tummy.
The item is strudy. Easy to assemble and will work for folks with smaller thighs and a smaller stomach. 🤣. My tummy would not allow the handle portion to come closer to get a straight stretch. I weigh 210 and 5 feet. I don’t have a hugh stomach but a little more than usual.It was just a little tight around my thighs. I placed a ruler under my legs and sat on it to see will my thighs meet their measurements that “chat” or “AI” gave me.According to their measurement it should have fit but it did not fit. It was slightly tight.I am planning on having another hip replacement and my leg will be swollen and twice it side.I wish they expanded the thigh portion. I could have manger around the tummy part. I am short and the height adjustment did not work for me.After saying all of that, I love a portion of the design and the item but I had to sent it back because of the thigh and stomach issue.

Simple, effective tool for stretching
Mark this down as something I never knew I needed. I have a weekly pickup game with my friend and they recommended this to me. This hamstring stretcher does exactly as it’s named: stretch your hamstrings. It’s very simple yet does well what it’s intended to do. The tool makes it’s easier and more likely for me to stretch regularly. I’ve already noticed looser muscles and improved flexibility. The metal construction is strong, yet comfortable to grip with the padding. It’s not going to stretch your entire body, but it’s so helpful to target those difficult hamstring muscles.

Does what it says, well-made. I had a knee replacement and used it to help with straightening the leg and also for stretching the hamstring muscles that were giving me an issue. It was affordable also.

Not good for tall people
Disappointed that the device doesn’t extend longer. I am 6 ft tall, but it barely fits my leg and I think would be more effective of if I had more length

If it would be a few more inches taller on the place you grab it would be better. I’m almost 6’. Needs about 4 more inches on height not length otherwise it’s good quality material.
