Great underwear!
I really like these underwear! They work really well! If you are someone who is a heavy bleeder, you will have to change them more often but if you are average, you can get away with 18-24 hour protection. These don’t leak and are very comfortable. True to size as well. Very happy with these! I have tried all period products (cup, disc, pads, and tampons) and these are by far my favorite. Easy to clean in the shower too. No order that I noticed which is a huge plus! Hanes offers multiple styles of underwear as well, everything but thongs so if you like thongs, you will have to try a different brand. Will recommend these to anyone who asks if I like them or not!

Great quality

Takes a long time to dry
I’m 5’6, 155lb, 33″ waist and usually a 7 in undies, the large fits well. I bought these as an alternative to pads just for the last 3 days of my period when flow is light, but with PCOS it’s unpredictable sometimes and they’re held up perfectly all day even with the heavier flow, no leaks. They’re comfortable, dry and softer than pads, and much less sticky.The only downside is when you rinse out the blood it takes about 2 days for them to dry out before you can put them in with your dirty clothes. There’s also nothing to prevent odors, but that’s not an issue so far.

Highly recommend for heavy flow
Very comfortable, true to size, & highly absorbent. I have a very heavy cycle due to having my tubes removed and haven’t had any leaks. You can’t tell by looking at them that there’s a built in pad. I do not notice any odors either. They also work very well at night

Great value and effective
These work as well as more expensive brands for a fraction of the cost. Which is great because you need a lot to get you through a full period. I like the fit of these, not too high waisted but not too low. They are comfortable and hold up in the wash!

Size chart is off, a little bulky
Per the size chart I should be a M 5’4 150-155, size 6, but def needed the large for a comfortable fit. Feels like you put a M absorbancy pad in the lining of your undies but not bad to sleep in. Def not for during the day wear (for me at least) as they are too bulky

Instead of panty liners
These work great for the end of the cycle instead of panty liners. The fit is snug, but you don’t want them loose.

Wonderful addition to my panty drawer
The reviews don’t lie, these are great. They do feel thick, but that’s to be expected, but I haven’t found them to create larger seam lines or look bulky under leggings. They’re comfortable enough hold a decent amount. I got them more for light days but ended up using them with a pretty heavy flow and I had no problems with leaking or discomfort. I was worried they would feel uncomfortable, but they actually stay quite dry. The fabric is thick and soft and the waistband is stretch and comfortable. They do look a little diapering from the back, but seeing as I don’t typically walk around in just my period underwear, I don’t really care.Some other reviews notes they take forever to dry, I haven’t found that. I rinse them and wash/dry them like normal and they’re perfect.
