Amazing High Quality! Don’t pay more.
SO SMART! This is by far the best ice pack I have. The strap makes it super easy to keep on difficult areas. The materials are very high quality! The ice pack itself Is NOT cheap vinyl like you would expect from a pool liner. Instead this material has texture to it, reminding me of a woven fabric that is then treated with vinyl. Hard to explain. But it’s impressive. The velour pouch is very nice with an extra wide elastic band and Velcro latch. Again, it’s high quality.Lastly, I’ve found one frozen pack lasts about 20 minutes which is self limiting to the amount of time most doctors want per session so I felt comfortable going to sleep with a pack on, knowing it would warm up in 20 minutes. Having 2 packs is great for rotation. The competitors to this set were nearly $100. Save Your Money! This OSS perfect for knees, shoulders, necks & they stay in place!

Good for the neck
Love these ice packs. Does not take up much room in the freezer. Nice to use if your neck/shoulders are sore. Thin and not bulky. Stays cold, but the material is not too cold to place on your skin.

High quality but less cold
Works and feels well made and soft material. However the gel is in 4 separate compartments so not as effective and cold overall due to that and the thick velor material. But you could put right on your skin because of it. I prefer the ones with gel throughout. Overall high quality though.

These are great! Thin flexible and the velcro strap keeps it in place. Using it for my bad knee and they freeze fast

The opening is in the middle, making it impossible to insert a frozen pack. It must be stored with the pack inside. That said it works well and is comfortable!

Dangerous product – leaked and almost burned me
I used this hot pack exactly as per the instructions, and it still leaked gel everywhere after a single use. The leak almost burned my skin. The quality is terrible, and it’s clearly unsafe. This is a serious hazard and should not even be sold.
