Great value kit for knee support
This is a great value package for knee support and healing. The two knee braces are well made with good stitching and strong velcro to secure a good fit and maintain position. They are only available in one size which seems to fall under small to medium size range. It would be good to make large to x-large sizes as well. The ice wrap has a larger band and has a soft cloth material on the inside that feels comfortable. It can be easily rolled up to be placed in freezer. I also received two knee straps with the kit which are also on the smaller size range. Overall, a great kit to have for dealing with knee issues.

Stays cool for long periods of time and very soothing on injuries; 1 ice and 2 support sleeves
Great set! I have used a lot of different knee wraps, braces, ice sleeves, etc over time and I love this for my knee!! It comes with both an ice wrap and 2 knee supports. The cooling ice wrap tends to stay cool to the touch, but obviously gets much colder if you put it in the fridge or freezer. It is so soothing on an injury and can be wrapped as loose or tight as you needed using the Velcro that wraps around it. It is slick on one side and velvety smooth on the other. It can stay cold for a long time if put in the fridge or freezer, but never freezes hard. Overall, very happy with and will continue using!

The cold pack with the knee brace is really great for relieving pain
This feels so good on my sore knees. I lug a wheelchair up and down a flight of stairs every day, so I have a lot of wear and tear on my knees. The cold pack stays in place pretty well and I like that I can have a slight bit of pressure by strapping the knee brace over it. I found that criss crossing the straps prevents the brace from sliding down much on my leg. I would like for the cutout over the knee cap to be just a little bigger, but I can still bend my leg enough for walking and climbing stairs, so it’s okay. The smaller straps that came extra with it don’t do much good for me, but I suppose the usefulness of them would depend on what kind of injury or soreness someone has. The set comes with two knee braces, two smaller straps, and a cold pack. I think it is a very good value. Overall I say this is one of the best and most useful knee braces Ive ever owned.

Good Ice pack for knee
i like the ice pack. However the knee support braces seem a bit small for my size 2x knee / legs. the straps around the back are uncomfortable and feel like they would give me blisters if I wore them for very long. They may work for someone of a smaller size.

Me sorprendió lo completo que es este set. Ese plus se agradece muchísimo, sobre todo si eres activo o estás en recuperación.Las rodilleras están diseñadas con un hueco en la rótula que ayuda a mantener la estabilidad, se ajustan fácil con las correas y quedan firmes sin incomodar. El material es resistente y al mismo tiempo transpirable, lo que las hace cómodas para llevarlas varias horas seguidas sin problema.La compresa de gel me encantó: se adapta bien a la rodilla, se siente acolchada gracias al forro y mantiene el frío durante bastante tiempo. Es práctica para aliviar inflamación, dolor por lesiones o simplemente después de entrenar. No es una de esas bolsas que sudan y mojan todo, sino que queda limpia y cómoda de usar.En general, me parece un kit muy completo, pensado en todos los detalles. Lo recomiendo tanto para quienes hacen deporte como para quienes necesitan apoyo por alguna lesión o dolor en las rodillas.
