Great at stretching out your body
This stretch out strap is great! I used this in my PT and it really helped the stretch. It’s sturdy, durable, made very well and the loops are large enough for big feet and hands. It comes with a laminated poster to show you how to properly stretch your muscles with different poses. I would highly recommend this!

Great for PT for Piriformis/Glute injury
Well made, great addition to Physical Therapy program for Piriformus/Glute muscle injury. This simple strap allows me to do my exercises even with bad knees. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Very functional for stretching
I really like this product. It’s simple to use and comes with instructions on its use. Very portable – I took it on a recent trip and was able to continue with my physical therapy routine. The loops really help to hold the positions outlined in the instructions. I’ve learned a lot of new stretching strategies and most importantly how to use this product effectively. The Strechout Strap has helped me be consistent and I’m confident it’s helped me recover in a manner that’s safe and effective. I recommend this product to help you recover. The important thing is – you must use it consistently and be patient. Don’t rush or cut the stretch short. Be sure you read the instructions to use it safely and be effective.

Oooh…What a Good Stretch!
This does having you moaning….”Oooh…that feels so good” as you stretch and hold and breathe.” It is an excellent means of stretching that comes with a laminated poster to use as a reference guide that you can use as is, or modify to meet your needs (as I do). I only wish the ends of the strap that you hook your feet/hands in were slightly wider and/or padded for better comfort…then I would give it a 5-star. It is well constructed and ideal length. I highly recommend and would buy again.

Best stretching strap I have ever found with excellent poster
I have a bad back, and stretching is one of the best ways to try and stay out of pain. I have tried all sorts of stretching devices, from old ties, to pilate straps and bands. Then I found OPTP at a Physical Therapists office. Wow, what a difference a strap can make! This strap is made from very strong material and is not going to break. It has little sewn wraps all around the strap, so you can either put your feet, hands or both in them. I find it gives me more stability while I am stretching. I find the grips make this strap much easier for me to use then many others I have tried. The chart is a great help. You can also buy this strap with a small book instead of the poster. I find if I tape the poster to a wall in my house, low enough for me to see while I am stretching, I get the most benefit from this strap.Happy stretching…it will change your life! If my review helped, please click below (“yes” or “helpful”). Thanks and feel good! :))

Professional quality!
My physical therapist recommended this product. It did not disappoint! It was well made and packaged, and the poster of different stretches was clear and easy to understand.

Like a miracle
I have arthritic knees. Ten years ago I had Regenexx stem cell replacement (my own stem cells) in my left knee and got 100% pain relief, even to this day. However, the stiffness of age has crept into both knees. Walking was with a limp. When I stood or got out of the car, it took more than a few seconds to walk, due to the stiffness. I took stairs one step at a time. It was embarrassing when I stood and couldn’t walk for 5 – 10 seconds. The first time I used the strap, I made it through the first column of exercises and the quad stretches. The difference was dramatic. My limp was gone and I was actually able to normally walk up a small flight of stairs (with a handrail.) My legs felt so much better. I though I was dreaming. Now a week and a half later, I honestly can’t believe the difference. I am walking normally, without the limp. I can actually do a small squat. It is dramatically easier for me to rise from a seated position and I find it easier to get up off of the floor. Where has this been my entire life? Why did no physical therapist ever recommend this? Now, what you as a reader need to know. The stretches are not easy. You will have to concentrate on each stretch and position yourself to isolate the muscles. I still have trouble with the low back exercises, but am not worried as I have never had any low back pain. It does get easier as you get into a routine and do them every day. In the beginning I split the the stretches, doing half at a time. It now takes me at least a total of 90 minutes, to complete them all correctly. After about 30 minutes I start to feel concentration fatigue and have to work hard to keep focused. My knees feel the best they have felt in years. I am moving better than I have moved in years. I am bone-on-bone in both knees and the stiffness is about 80% better. I am walking as soon as I stand up with maybe a second or two delay. I am overall moving more, probably because it is easier. I am still working on the stairs, but most of the time I can alternate feet as I climb them.My only recommendation to OPTP is to put these exercises in a small flip book with slightly larger print. I had to take pictures of each exercise on my phone to use when traveling, as the poster is not suitcase friendly.Overall, I highly, highly recommend.
