Plantar Fasciitis Miracle
Why did you pick this product vs others?:A number of years ago I developed plantar fasciitis which keeps recurring, because apparently I’m a thousand years old now. I’ve been the doctor and gotten all the stretches and shots and custom inserts, and none of it helps, but I dutifully do it because I don’t know what else to do. Recently it came back bad and I was hobbling around like some creepy hermit from a Disney movie because of the pain. I hit that “F it, I’ll try anything” point. I even looked at those hideous shoes that were made specifically to provide relief. But they were expensive, and I would have to wear a bag over my head so as not to be seen on public wearing such hideous shoes. I don’t know why they can’t make a decent-looking comfortable shoe, but here we are. I ended up ordering these, figuring they wouldn’t work either but I wouldn’t be destitute for having spent the little amount they cost, and I can still wear my usual shoes. I slid in the inserts with zero hope, and was stunned when I put my shoes on and began to walk. I could walk completely normally with almost zero pain. And I could do it without dropping tons of money on shoes that are too ugly to have any place in civilized society. Within about a week, my plantar fasciitis completely subsided. Normally that requires weeks of stretching, staying off my feet as much as possible, etc. With these I carried on with my normal activities and didn’t do a single stretch. The pain relief was instant and the fix for the problem was very quick without the constant irritation to the plantar fascia. I can’t recommend these strongly enough. It boggles my mind to think of all the time I wasted doing stretches that did nothing, and all the money I wasted on expensive doctor visits and orthotics, when I could have just bought these inserts for such a cheap price and gotten immediate pain relief and a much faster recovery. Other than occasional plantar fasciitis I don’t have pain or problems with my feet. I can be on them all day in any type of shoe. But I would imagine these inserts would help with general foot pain as well. But for my situation, they were a life-saver!

Good product
This product really works pretty well. I have diabetic neuropathy in my feets and my feet hurt pretty bad especially if I’m standing for a long period of time on concrete or street or sidewalk. I’m buying this insert for all of my slippers all of my shoes or all the footwear that I have.

Great at first, not so much after a couple weeks of use
They were comfortable at first, and seemed to provide the arch support I need. But after barely half a month, for someone as active as me who runs several miles a day, they have lost that comfortability, and I am back to square one of dealing with shin splints and other aches and pains from running and walking so much.

Purchased these great Insoles. Was very pleased with quality and durability of these compared to others I have used in the past. I did have some questions about item, and contacted seller at the email listed on the package. There is a sticker on each end that gives their email info to contact them and they were great. I have been wearing them for months now and my heel doesn’t hurt. It took me a week to get used to using them because at the beginning my feet were tired and they felt uncomfortable but I kept wearing them daily and now I love this insoles.

Check Sizing before you purchase
I purchased these inserts in a size L (to fit women’s sixe 9-11) to fit in my ladies size 9 hiking boots. When I got them, the trim lines started at size 8 Euro 42. US Ladies size 9 is eu 40 so these inserts were too big to fit. I tried trimming them anyway but the found that the heel cup was much too wide to fit flush in my boot.I contacted the product support via their email on the package and they promptly responded and refunded my money. I’ll repurchase another smaller pair to try.
