Fantastic and well made, don’t bother with the $$$ ones
An absolute, non-negotiable God send after surgery. The only reason any sleep happened in the first 6 weeks after shoulder surgery. Works so simply, easy to set up, and cold as you could ever want it. Don’t spend on the expensive ones. This is reliable, well made, and a terrific product.

Had rotator cuff surgery 11/17/25. My surgeons’s office had forgotten to tell me to have one on stand-by.Pros:1. Listed same-day delivery and it was here within hours!2. The extra velcro straps have made it so the ice pack can firmly adhere to my arm and shoulder. The velvet side goes out.3. The directions were pretty easy, I appreciated the motor already being attatched.4. I was a bit leary at having a bag vs hard-sided cooler, but it’s worked well and it has been in continuous use for over 3d so far.4. Works like a dream, came with a year warranty.5. I did recieve an email with step by step instructions and a reminder I have a year warranty and service # available.Cons:1 . NONERecommendations:1. Would be helpful if the company put a QR code for the CORRECT product as it was for a different model that was shown on box.. One for the soft sided bag would’ve been helpful.>>>>>Would I purchase this again for my shoulder surgery with NO heads up from my surgeons office and needing it ASAP? Definiely!!***Invest in a flat of water bottles, get them the day b4, freeze ahead, we used 16 oz bottles, rotated thru, approx every 2.5-3 hrs, 7-8 bottles each switch. Works well. One item to note, the pump, hose and cooling pad are all one pieceIt doesn’t come apart. Advertised as a leak prevention feature. Not a problem for us yet but maybe one for you. No swapping out parts should any piece fail.

Ice compression machine
I had shoulder replacement surgery. 3 of my friends recommended the ice compression machine. It was a godsend. It is great for pain and swelling and I’m so glad I got this is a game changer. I highly recommend.Ice lasts a reasonable amount of time. Easy to use once you get used to it.

Bought this particular one because it was a bit cheaper than others listed – worked great -easy to use-quiet-good ice retention. Bought for use after my husband’s shoulder surgery – would recommend for anyone needing ice therapy.

Works well but kind of a pain to use.
It certainly works very well as advertised. However the setup and breakdown of the thing with every use was, ultimately, way too much of a pain in the butt compared to a plain old ice pack. So that’s ultimately what I ended up using most of the time.

When having shoulder or knee surgery, this cooling machine is a must have. It made so much difference in the healing and swelling, not to mention pain on my recently replaced rotator cuff.
