FOURTEEN countdown alarm time presets.
Two types of alarm modes: either (1) audio and flashing, or (2) silent and flashing. Fourteen (14) countdown alarm time presets. One button sets and stops the alarm. Press and hold the button on the device’s face panel for three seconds to RESET the timer. Press once to STOP all active alarms. Press twice to RESTART the current alarm. When the audio alarm goes off, the timer beeps for 10 seconds and repeats twice within 3 minutes. The red flashing LED light will continue to alert you for 1 hour. Beyond 1 hour of the LED flashing, the timer goes into sleep mode.

Game-Changer for My Medication Routine!
I absolutely love this pill organizer! It’s perfect for anyone who has a complex medication schedule or just wants an easier way to stay on track. The countdown timer with 14 preset alarms is incredibly helpful; I never miss a dose anymore. It attaches easily to my prescription bottle cap, making it super convenient and compact to carry around in my purse or pocket. The magnetic feature is a plus—I stick it on the fridge as a visual reminder. The alarms are both audio and visual, so I can choose the best setting for different situations.

Total garbage does not attach to any standard size pill bottle
I would be offended if I’d bought this cheap garbage in a dollar store, but I figured for $20 I’d be getting a fairly simple product that worked. Boy was I wrong… None of the caps or adapters contain threads. While they will slot over the neck of a standard size 1.5″ pill bottle they won’t attach in any way. They also won’t attach to an existing cap using any of the available adapters. It looks like from some of the other users who have given this item 5 stars that they *will* possibly attach to an easy-open cap (the larger three-step kind that looks like a DEVO hat.)However, if you have a normal modern Kaiser pill bottle (the kind with the push down child safety lid) they are not compatible in the slightest, and you can look forward to spilling all your expensive medication down the sink drain if you attempt to use it.

Expensive for what it is, but it works
I bought this to keep a few pills in my bag that I have to take every 4 hours instead of keeping my larger timer bottle with me, since if I lose my bag while I’m out, then I’ve lost all my pills. The smallest canister option it comes with is fairly compact and works well if you have a couple larger pills or a lot of tiny ones.If you have a bit of soldering experience, you can open up the device and desolder the LED and speaker so there’s no chance of it going off and bothering people, essentially making it a canister with a timer and that’s it. I specifically bought this model because it seemed really easy to modify in this way, since I couldn’t find a small timer bottle that didn’t have any sort of alarm.The only downside is that it’s kind of expensive for what it is, but at least it comes with two.

This is a great product.
This is a great little product. I have tried lots of different pill organizers, but never one like this one. My first impression was that it was too small honestly. I’m not sure why I expected it to be larger, but when I figured out that the timers are attachable (I would say screwable) to reversible caps of prescription pill vials which I got from Kaiser pharmacy, it made absolute sense to me! Works super well! If you need a pill organizer and/or something to remind you to take your pills, then this is a must buy! It’s versatile in allowing me to take my pills on the go, is attachable to all magnet surfaces, and super easy to use. Highly recommend!

Overall good product with some areas for improvement.
Overall, the medication timer has some useful features, such as the magnets for attaching to metal surfaces and the replaceable battery. However, there are a few inconveniences that could be improved. Firstly, there is only one adapter of each size, which limits the usefulness of the two-timer set if you have multiple bottles of the same size. Secondly, resetting the timer can be tedious if you take your medication a few minutes early. For instance, if you take one dose per day and take it before the timer reaches zero, you have to reset it to the default setting and then set it again to 24 hours, which involves multiple clicks. It would be more convenient if the timer could be restarted with just a few clicks before it reaches zero.

Good idea, but easy to forget still
I was hoping this would work to be sure my mother would remember to take her pills. It does work when she is in the house and near the kitchen, because the beeping brings her to the kitchen. However, it only beeps for 10 seconds, then again two times, and flashes for an hour. If my mom is outside or even in the bedroom and misses the beeps, she may also not go into the kitchen to see the flashing during the hour it is doing it. This means missed pills.So, I think this is really only for patients in care that are always present in the room with the pills. And if in this care, they probably don’t need to monitor their own pills.In any case, we will go with moms annoying phone alarm for pill reminder, as it repeats more and notifies of missed alarms.

Battery doesn’t work
This is the best concept ever however no matter what I can not get them to stay on. Battery changed same thing. I had to return one item and got a replacement, same thing. Battery won’t connect and i am done messing with it. You need to design a much much better arrangement for the battery as it is hit and miss if it works or not. I will send this one back and look for andifferent product that wont do this
