The material is lightweight and soft, so I can wear it long time, no problem. The straps are soft, they don’t hurt under my arms. I wear it when I work at my desk, when I watch TV, and sometimes when I do light exercise. My back feel good all day. I use phone a lot, and work on computer all day, so my neck and back always feel bad. But with this brace, my shoulders go back and my spine stay straight. My neck and shoulders hurt less now.
