Good customer service
Before buying the ProStretchZ, I used a PVC pipe wrapped in a towel to help with stretching. It was awkward. The ProStretch is easy to use and somewhat intuitive. Although I prefer a written manual, the video instructions are clearly presented. They suggested four minutes stretches for the over 40 crowd.The product, well made and lightweight, cost more than other stretching aids. Value? I’m not sure. I guess if my hips gain more flexibility, I’ll be satisfied and the cost justified.My ProStretch had to be replaced and customer service responded quickly. That alone was worth what I paid.

Best gadget I have spent money on this year to help with mobility.A bit pricy for what it is but definitely makes getting into certain positions for me easier since I have extremely tight hips .It is very light weight.

This would be good if you’re a professional and this was a tool to use on a daily basis. It looks good and feels good to use. I’m pretty flexible and so is my wife; substantially different sizes of thighs, neither of us had trouble using this.Biggest negative is pretty simply the ‘why’. Got this in particular to help deep stretching on the hips, figured out over time there’s other ways of doing the same thing. I can’t knock it for that since it’s exactly what it’s for, just might not be as valuable unless you’re a professional using this tool all day. Then it might have some value for the price.It’s perfectly functional for 5 different hip and leg muscle exercises but that’s about it. Foam is starting to flake a bit on mine after a few months, but it’s aluminum underneath so infinitely durable.

Decent stretching assist tool
Works pretty well and is pretty decent in terms of quality. It is a bit bulky, so storage could be a potential issue. Other than that though, this is pretty nice to have around.

This stretcher is alright, but it’s a bit expensive ($60 as of this review) for what it does. There are plenty of other options out there – even a stick wrapped in a towel would pretty much do the same thing.For the price I would have expected a detailed guide to be included, but alas – just a small insert is all you get. Of course you can watch the videos, but that shouldn’t be necessary.The stretcher is made of aluminum and the tubing should last forever. The foam won’t last that long. Pipe insulation should fit pretty well, though.I found it a bit hard to use and it doesn’t seem to work better than similar bars. The curved design is unique, but like I said, it doesn’t seem to add a lot to the functionality.

Das Gerät ist dazu da, um Verspannung in den Hüftgelenken und Knien zu lösen.Das Problem ist nur, die Anleitung ist leider für die Katz. Ein kleiner Zettel 21,5 x 8,5 cm mit fünf Bildern und einem QR Code. Mit den Bildern kommt man nicht wirklich weiter. Mit dem QR Code auf dem Mobile kann man dann Übungen auf einem Youtube Video anschauen. Auf Englisch!!Geht man direkt auf Youtube findet man unter Eingabe von “medi dyne prostretch” ein paar shorts mit Übungen. allerdings nur mit Musik unterlegt und ohne jede Erklärung.Ich praktiziere seit langem Yoga und kenne dadurch genug Übungen, um eben solche Spannungen in Gelenken, Muskeln oder Faszien zu behandeln.Das Teil bringt mir also recht wenig. Wer aber kein Yoga macht, kann damit sicher gut arbeiten.

I got this to help stretch out my legs because I’ve always had a lot of tightness in the hip area. I’m pretty dense and carry a lot of muscle mass, so I can’t sit in a chair with my leg crossed because it’s just physically painful, but I’ve been using this to help stretch out the muscles in that area that never really get stretched and it’s been phenomenal!For such a simple device it’s incredibly effective. I like to think of it as an offset rolling pin. It has a metal frame with some pretty substantial padding across the effective length. My mom also found this particularly helpful with her post-op stretching following a knee replacement surgery, so wide range of uses for this device!Highly recommend!

Utilisant régulièrement le ProStretch Z lors de mes déplacements, je trouve cet outil vraiment pratique et agréable à utiliser pour soulager mes douleurs lombaires et ma sciatique. La forme ondulée épouse parfaitement le corps, ce qui rend les étirements à la fois ciblés et confortables. Il active efficacement les muscles stabilisateurs, ce qui aide vraiment à améliorer ma posture. Malgré cela, certains aspects pourraient être améliorés pour rendre l’expérience encore plus satisfaisante, notamment les poignées qui mériteraient d’être un peu plus ergonomiques. En somme, je suis globalement satisfait, c’est un bon achat pour qui cherche un soutien dans son entraînement ou sa réhabilitation.

Meine Sehnen und Muskeln um die Hüfte sind durch das viele sitzen sehr kurz, weswegen ich mir dieses Gerät angeschafft habe.Durch einen beiliegenden QR-Code hat man Zugriff auf sehr viel unterschiedliche Übungen, bei denen für viele Anwendungsbereiche die passenden Ausführungen angezeigt werden. Das Gerät wird in zwei Teilen geliefert und muss lediglich ineinander gesteckt werden. Bei wir war die eine Öffnung mit rostähnlichem Belag bedeckt und an der anderen Hälfte wurde der Steckmechanismus sehr billig mit Flüssigplastik fixiert. Für knapp 70 Euro kann man eine bessere Verarbeitung erwarten. Der Schaumstoff fühlt sich hingegen weich und komfortabel an. Es ist zudem sehr leicht, was das Wechseln der Übungen angenehm und einfach gestaltet. Bei den Übungen kann man auch ordentlich Druck auf das Gerät ausüben, ohne Angst zu haben, dass es kaputt geht.Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich mit der Funktion zufrieden, jedoch hatte ich für den Preis etwas hochwertigeres erwartet.
