Nice heating pad
What a nice heating pad! it’s nice and wide so it wraps around my back to my sides. and it is certainly hot enough! I can’t do the highest head and even the next level down is too warm sometimes! really helps my back. It has an auto shutoff too which has saved me!

Comfortable, plush, perfect size, auto shutoff heating pad!
This heating pad is easy to set up and operate, right out of the box, so it’s really functional! It can be used for dry heat, and moist. The heating pad is durable, washable, and it’s a perfect size and weight! The quality of the pad is lush and comfortable, isn’t too thick or thin, and doesn’t slide around or off easily. The auto shutoff feature rounds out all of the positive features of this heating pad!

Great, however only drawback is the width
This is great I love it, I like how it’s intermittent and not straight heat 24/7 if you have it on. And also you can select always on (intermittent), or on for 2 hours which is cool. However, my only gripe is that it’s not wide enough. Length is great, but they should’ve made it a little wider, probably 3 inches more in total, because of this it doesn’t get the sides of the back too well. Other than that it’s great it’s effective, and use it quite often.

My favorite heat pack!
This is the 3rd heat pack I’ve purchased. As a girly with chronic pain, I have one of these at every place I tend to relax in. I like that they are larger to cover more surface area, and are worth it for the price in my opinion. They are very soft to where I can have one in bed and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable to lay on. These get nice and hot on the max setting which is very nice. One thing that I love about these is that they will automatically turn off after 2 hours, but you have the option to turn that setting off so that it will stay on for as long as you want (which I feel a lot of heat packs don’t typically have that option). I’ve used these almost daily for several years for my pain and are definitely a necessity for me. I highly recommend them!

Great customer service, comfortable heating pad
The heating pad is soft and not at all stiff and plasticky, like you usually find. It heats well and has a nice long cord. I also like the larger size for my back and shoulder issues . But I am writing this review because their customer service was just top notch. I bought this item a few years ago and got the “flashing F” recently. When it did not resolve despite my efforts, I dropped them a note asking if they had other solutions. Instead, they sent me a brand new heating pad of the same model. I really appreciate it when companies stand behind their products and also respect the customer, which unfortunately is just so rare these days that I felt I had to come let others know. Def recommend.

Product Information is Misleading but Pad is OK
Upon receiving this product it seemed to work really well, but as it heats it puts off an odd chemically smell… I figure this smell will go away after awhile so I wasn’t concerned, though when I first turned it on and noticed the smell I had to check to make sure that none of the components were having an issue.It has gotten quite a bit of use in the last day and I noticed today that it didn’t seem to be putting out the same heat I noticed the day before. I thought maybe this is my imagination, so I pulled out my temp gun and temped it.At the highest setting (6), which is supposed to be 160*f, it only reached about 112*f (temping from both top and bottom of the pad), 120*f if turned directly onto the sixth setting.It’s unfortunate that there’s such a large discrepancy in temperatures. I had not intended to use it at such a high temperature as the sixth setting was supposed to be, but I would have expected the pad to reach at least 130*f at it’s hottest, so I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed with this. More disappointing is how uneven it heats. For whatever reason, the sides seem to heat better than the center (I would expect the opposite).Furthermore, as others have noted, the space that actually heats has quite a bit of clearance compared to the fabric, making the size of this heating pad extremely misleading. I could forgive this around where the chord plugs into the unit, but the other side of the pad also has a clearance of probably 1 inch (where as the side with the chord has a clearance of about 3 inches), losing a total of aproximately 4 inches this way. Furthermore, the short sides have a clearance of about 1-2 centimeters on one side and about an inch on the other, losing approximately 1 1/2 inches on these sides as well, bringing the heating surface of the pad down to 11″ by 20″.The bright side of all of this is that it does not get got enough by any stretch of the imagination to burn anyone or anything. After chatting with my fiance about this product we did decide that this was likely a positive flaw (I’m still a little disappointed due to the product information not reflecting this).Furthermore, though not (in my opinion) fitting the title of “extra large”, it does fit across my legs from about mid thigh to ankle (I am only 5″3), which is currently where I need the heat for my leg cramps.My cat also was quite satisfied with this product on the first setting (which only hits about 87-91*f rather than the 105*f in the description).And of course, the material on the top is very soft kinda minky fabric, though I wonder why thus fabric is not used on the bottom where the pad would be touching your skin (though this fabric is similar just not as kooshy).All in all, if I purchase another heating pad I’d probably buy a different one to get a little more heat (for cramps I do like something hotter (though 130*f would be the hottest I’d want), and I would also like a more even heating surface)… But it is a decent product in its own right.

Good quality, reliable brand
There are so many negative reviews for heating pads so I bought this brand based on reviews and a previous product I have from them. It works as expected. The pad is flexible and doesn’t have any feel of wires which you find in cheap brands. I use it for sore muscles and to briefly heat my bed in winter. One criticism is the on/off button is not easily distinguished on the controls so you have to be able to see if the control is upside down and find the button.
