Absolute Life Saver for Pain Relief and Recovery
This ice pack has been a real lifesaver for sore knees and general muscle pain. I liked it so much I bought a few extras to keep around. It’s built well and feels durable, nothing flimsy about it. The pack itself is a bit hefty, which actually helps it stay in place and apply consistent pressure while icing. It’s large enough to cover not only my knee but also my back or shoulders when needed. The cold lasts plenty long for my recovery sessions, and the straps make it easy to secure comfortably.Bottom Line: Solid, long-lasting, and effective. I recently sprained my knee. The configuration of frozen material with a velvety finish made it very comfortable. The velcro straps made it convenient to apply. An excellent price, speedy delivery and quality materials helped this item to speed my recovery. 5 stars.

This is a great product that actually conforms to the shape of my knee. It allows me to walk short distances without having the cold pack slide off of my knee. What a big help for those of us with arthritic knees. The frozen cold pack relieves the intensity of the pain.

This ice pad is well-constructed, especially its velcro system. Traditional Velcro will fray and fall apart after many close and open. This one is very unique. Hard to describe, but I can see it lasting much longer. It gave my sprained knee good relief. There’s a soft (almost towel-like) side so you don’t get an ice burn. The other side is much colder for a more immediate chill. This is a good investment if you’re into active sports, martial arts, etc.

Love this ice wrap use it every day on my knee , soft on inside , breaks the feeling of super cold right off the bat , if you like that, you can just flip it over. No leaking of water or mess, able to move around without it falling off, a big plus.This is my second one, o left my first one in a hotel freezer in my room, I ordered another on right away, love the product, I us ice twice a day!

Good ice pack!
I expected this to wrap around my leg based on photos, it doesn’t. It more than covers my knee and has good quality straps to hold in place, even while walking. It’s a gel filled and feels comfortable. It’s about 13 inches long. Not as cold as ice but enough for about 30 minutes before the cold wears off in controlled temp room.

I was having my second knee replacement and I was looking for an ice pack that would cover the patella and surrounding areas.This product has been my saviour!It has 2 sides one with plush for a more gentle cold and the other a plastic cover for deep tissue cold.I cannot use conventional pain relief and am limited to ice and paracetamol.I cannot recommend this ice pack highly enough.Great price as well!

È davvero ben realizzata, ho apprezzato moltissimo che l’interno fosse in velluto, perfetto per il nonno che operatosi al ginocchio aveva la cicatrice delicata. Si chiude benissimo ed è molto semplice da indossare, regge anche molto bene il freddo.

I recently had a tkr and was given a basic knee brace with a small knee gel ice pack insert. It was adequate but I wanted something bigger. I saw a physiotherapist online recommend a brand that was well over $100. This was substantially less, it had mostly good reviews. A few criticisms were that it took too long to freeze, it warmed up too quickly. However I found this did take a little longer to freeze but it was still cold enough and it more than maintained its temperature for the recommended 20 mins. I also bought an XL size for a for $6 more which wrapped around the entire knee. It is more than effective and exceptional value
