Great Cold pack
Yes. It is a perfect size, not too small, not too big. It is very cold, I had to wrap it in a blanket. It stays cold for some time. I have been using it on my back and it works great.

Good ice pack.
I love this gel pack. It’s easy to use and I like the plastic bag that comes with it to store it in the freezer. The only thing that I don’t like is the pictures show this wrapping all the way around the knee. It doesn’t do that. I have to add a smaller ice pack in the space where it doesn’t wrap around.

Works great for injuries! I keep in my freezer for emergencies. Stays cold for a while. Highly suggest following direction on freezing it in the bag they provide or it gets very frosty and makes a mess.

Lifesaver!
This ice pack saved my back when I was in the most pain of my life. I had a slipped disc in my lower back and a pinched sciatic nerve. I felt like I’d rather die than endure this pain another day. Love how large these are. They have a velvety side that goes against the skin but you could really use either side. Has straps in case you need to strap it to a hip, thigh or shoulder. Definitely recommend these. Cant remember if you get two or I just ordered two but I could have gotten the same level of use from one.

Brilliant. Great for wrapping round back, stomach, knee, arm. Anything that anyone in the house bumps or hurts this comes out. It has a nice velvet soft side so fine again direct skin. Every home should have in the freezer much better than a bag of peas. Stays cold for a long time too. Elastic Velcro strap is nice length too would fit around people of all sizes, children and very large men.
