Best insoles yet!!
I have been struggling when it comes to running for my whole life. Shin splints, sore knees, and everything in between. I have tried different shoes, changing my stride and even going to physical therapy. Nothing helped. Until I got these! First time wearing them I ran my fastest mile and no pain! I was skeptical about the arch support thinking it looked like too much for my foot, but once I started running it was just what I needed! Saved me a few hundred on new shoes!They fit my shoes perfectly and really helped!If you suffer from shin splints and/ or are a toe or mid foot runner, I recommend these for sure! They saved my legs and helped me keep running!

Not what I expected.
The item is thin and flimsy. The parts that look to be a bit thicker or jellier are even thinner and flimsier. Not as advertised. Not sized as advertised either. I got the 8.5-9.5 and couldn’t fit it in any of my shoes, even with cutting it out. It didn’t add any comfort to the shoe, although it was soft to the touch, but that’s the fabric used not the material. They don’t seem functional since they don’t add any benefit.I have had several other brands of insoles like Dr. scholls that are leagues better for a lesser price.

I purchased these to replace the insoles that came in a new pair of Hoka Bondi 9s that were giving me blisters. These did not help. I ran a half marathon in them and there was so much movement with them that I had to stop and adjust a few times. Still ended up with blisters and black toe nails. Obviously, everyone has different feet so I’m giving 3 stars because they seem to be good quality. Just not the best shape for me.

My feet don’t hurt like before
So far they are working great! I have noticed that my feet are much more comfortable and supported when I run. I usually do 3-4 miles, a few days a week and these new Hokas were good but my feet hurt afterwards so I wanted to try these insoles and it’s so much better!
