These gummies work. Not hard on the digestion, reality mild. These taste good too. Just remember to drink lots of water while using them (6 12 oz. glasses a day) Water seems to speed up the weight loss process. Good Luck!!

I purchased this product after seeing it advertised as part of a fitness program. I didn’t like the program but these little babies didn’t disappoint. They taste good, kill the sugar cravings and can be chewed or eaten like jelly candy. The bottle is a little expensive for what I received but well worth trying.

I am in process of getting healthier to exercise statis but losing weight without exercise right now. Taste is the best, even after trying others that are more expensive. No side effects, energy is definitely better, and if you’re not eating pickles and sour crout daily, this is a Much better tasting decision! 💯 👌 🔥

Tasty and good for you
Got these and started taking them immediately. I take them in the AM because they assist with a number of things but mainly digestion and overall health. Sometimes, the “healthy” gummies are way over sugared, even covered with sugar crystals (which these, thankfully, are not). Or they have a taste sort of like medicine-y cough syrup. These are4 not that type either. These are delicious, and I had to stop myself from eating more than I needed at one time. But what’s great is they do have a seemingly positive impact on digestion and metabolism.
