DO NOT BUY FOR BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING!!
The only reason why I got those ring was for the blood pressure. It is SO off every time. How is this even a function? It’s 40 points below the actual systolic, and 5 points below on Diastolic. This is actually dangerous.

Overall great ring for price!
I have been wearing this ring for a month now and so far it’s been great. Set up was fast and easy and the health tracking seems to be pretty accurate. I recommend sizing up, as I bought my normal size to wear on my pointer finger and it did not fit so I have to wear on my middle finger. I do like the matte color of the gold, the look is really nice. The only issue I see so far is the charge on the ring only lasts about 24 to 30 hours. I do not wear this ring in water normally and have only washed my hands with it on a couple of times and there have been no issues.

Do not buy. Terrible product. This is just a ring accessory to have on your finger for vibes. Looks cute but that’s IT. The dashboard is not thorough, steps are very inaccurate (I compared to my FitBit for weeks), and the charge only holds for 24 hours, if that, then it goes dead. My fault for wanting to buy a cheap Oura. Cheap is cheap.
