The tracking accuracy has also surprised me; it actually monitors my stats better than my Apple Watch.One thing to note: it does run a little small, so sizing up might be a good idea. It’s also a bit heavier than I expected at first, but I got used to it quickly and now barely notice it.I also lift weights with it regularly, and it hasn’t scratched or shown any wear. I can use it for up to 10 days without charging, and that saves me a lot of time. It connects to Apple Health right away, so all my health data is in one place. And the best part: there is no subscription fee! Many other trackers ask for extra money every month, but this one does not. For women, this ring has special features like menstrual cycle tracking, ovulation prediction, and reminders. I showed it to my sister, and she said it is very helpful for planning and understanding her health better. The shake-to-capture photo function is so fun!
