These are the BEST gentle iron (Heme iron), that I have ever used. Superior quality and are in a heavy glass dark amber jar to preserve freshness. There’s also a large quantity and you only have to take one a day so these will last. Heme iron is the BEST iron for you. It doesn’t irritate your stomach or constipate you! I’m glad I found these!

I started using this several months ago. My levels have come up slowly (another check up soon) so it is helping. I do not experience any side effects from this product at all which is really nice. I wish it would work faster but the trade off is probably worth it.

It is really gentle!
My doctor advised to take iron bisglycinate due to very low ferritin. I purchased another brand first, but it didn’t work, so after some research I found Solgar Gentle Iron. It really is gentle, easy on a stomach. I don’t feel nauseous after taking it. My ferritin level is steadily rising. J bought my 3rd bottle.

If you have low Ferritin, you should take this
These are easy to take and I have not had any GI symptoms after a few months on them. I needed to get my ferritin up to stop my hair falling out and these are doing the trick. Cheaper than Slow Fe, and just as good.

This product was suggested by my gynecologist during pregnancy as I had extreme heart burn during pregnancy and the regular iron tablets didn’t suit my gut.
