Easy and effective pain relief
These work better than any medicines that I have tried. The constant heat relaxes muscles and relieves pain. I was amazed after years of recurrent back pain that something so simple and noninvasive could offer such relief..I highly recommend!

Wonderful OTC pain relief
Soothing heat for sore spots on hips and backs. I’ve ordered before and it’s good to see quality remains the same. If anything, the adhesive tabs seem better, but could be time of year. No sweaty skin from summertime 🥵

The heat pad is great it actually does the job. It helped me with the pain by relaxing my muscles with the heat. The wrap around belt that holds it in place actually stays put no matter what position your body is in or how much you twist and turn. My only criticism is that being a large girl the wrap around belt could be a little longer but otherwise it’s very good.

love these things! And they are very affordable. Sometimes at night I have such pain in my lower back from post C-section that it’s hard for me to get comfortable. The heating pad doesn’t work because you have to shift around while you sleep and you can’t really wake up and move it around but this thermacare stay in place. I get the extra large and I can wear it like a belt around my back, hips and sleep comfortably and it works the entire night! I love these instant heat patches. No Menthol, no smell. The second you open up it activates it and it starts getting hot and you just stick it on your back or wherever you need it. There’s a sticking on each side and it literally stays on you. It does not come off. And it is good for 12 hours and it is such A relief especially when you’re Post c section back pain. I used every time when my back feels stiff and tense before I start my period. I wish this was much affordable other than this is excellent product. It’s compact and easy for traveling. Quality is excellent. Highly recommended !

These wraps are amazing. I have been using them on andoff for years. I sleep with them as they don’t get too hot. Theydecrease my back and leg pain along with the Salonpas. Wish theywere a little cheaper:).
