App sucks, skip it
I was hesitant to try one of these more affordable rings due to the likelihood of a Chinese app, but there was no way to find the app before buying as it’s listed in the enclosed instruction book.It arrived on time, fit ok, looks fine, but the reviews of the app are so bad that I don’t want to bother.Further, as someone close to the cyber community, and with quite a bit of knowledge of how the originating country mines for data, I noted that the terms and conditions are vague. I’m not saying the app developer WILL abuse access, but I’m not confident they wouldn’t either. The final section of the short version states:“Respect for the privacy of the user’s personal privacy information is the principle of this application and service, the developer will take reasonable measures to protect the user’s personal privacy information, except for the law or the government department with the authority granted by the law or the user’s consent, etc. The user’s personal privacy information will not be disclosed or disclosed to third parties with the consent of the user.“Which government? Which laws? While my person and data are subject to US laws, by giving them access, does that put my shared data under the authority of the country if the developer? The server host location?Maybe I’m too concerned, but I’m unsure how much access this app may gain into the rest of my device.Regardless, due to the as of yet unreliable (and potentially sketchy) app, I’m returning this without even setting it up.

sleep track is not accurate. Fit was perfect.
Sleep tracking not accurate. 2cd night it was off by 4 hours! That’s a lot. Fit was great, light and slim. Super sad the sleep tracking was so off because the slim design was perfect for small fingers.if sleep tracking is why you purchased the ring don’t get it. The only reason I gave it three stars is because of the fit.

I was really excited for this.
I want to love it. I had to buy 2 because the first one was too small. I tested out the first one before the second one came in. Just a couple weeks. I was happy with it, everything synced and all app functions worked.When I received the second one. I had to remove the first because you can only have one synced. All my data erased from the app. It doesn’t save to the app, it saves to the ring! So I wore the first one for nothing really.Now my physiology state (menstrual cycle) in the app will not work, I keep getting “token failure”. The ring also disconnected from the app at some point, so when I woke up this morning, there was no sleep data. And no data from yesterday. The battery is at 50% so I have no idea what’s going on.Also, the app has a 2 star review on the App Store.I’m debating on getting the more expensive one. All that extra money hopefully employs people to keep functionality on both the ring and the app working optimally.

Great value, good quality.
So far so good. I’ve had this for about 2 weeks now and have been wearing it every day. I bought this mostly to help me count my steps and for the sleep info. I’m impressed. I have a tendency to hold onto the handrails on my treadmill, but found that even with this ring in my pocket, my steps are still tracked. It’s very comfortable even during sleep. I’ve gotten it wet with no issues, but i do tend to take it off when I shower. Very happy with this purchase.

both Rings won’t charge or connect right out of the box
Received defective ring. Ring won’t charge. Red light stays on. Fails to connect. Followed all directions. Returned.Update: replacement ring came. Same issue. Ring wont charge. Seems like they have bad batteries in the rings. it’s a shame, because they look nice and are comfortable.Returned. Trying other brands.

Ok, but not completely accurate.
I have had this ring for about a week and,have had to charge it twice after the initial charge. It does charge quickly. The rose gold is pretty but scratches easily. I doubt the steps are accurate since just moving your hand will add steps! I have been wearing it on the same side as my fitness tracker watch and get far more steps than the watch does. Sleep tracking seems pretty good. I like the heart rate and oxygen monitoring. I guess, overall, for what I paid, it is ok.

Beautiful, discreet, and comfortable! I’m impressed with all the information it provides. It tracks my health, which is important: heart rate, oxygen levels, sleep, body temperature, steps, and mood. I really like it because it’s waterproof and keeps working. The battery lasts a long time. I recommend always wearing it.
