Good quality, soft and comfortable
The cover of the heating pad is soft and smooth to the touch. It has not needed to be washed yet, but that it is separate and washable is definitely a positive feature. The heating pad is very comfortable to use, as the way it is made helps keep the grains inside evenly distributed so there are no lumps and the warmth is evenly distributed. The size of the heating pad is good; it covers one’s neck and mid-back at the same time. Due to the product’s design it seems like it would work for other areas of the body very effectively, also. Overall, my recommendation would be positive. My mom used this heating pad and found it so comfortable she fell asleep the first time she tried it, so I would say that’s two thumbs up from us!

Quality and comfort
No fragrance, a little earthy smell. Covers a large area of your body, and you can lie down on it. The heat is gentle but effective. And the added cover is a extra bonus. A great value for your money.

Bought for dog with sprained back muscles. Really well-made, holds and distributes heat nicely. He knows what it is now and is super cooperative when its time to put it on his spine. Comfort speaks for itself.

Decent Hot Pad
To tell the truth my husband ordered this hot pad for me and after I read the reviews after he had ordered it I thought I would for sure not like it. Reviews said that it did not heat up nice and was filled with moisture. After receiving it I put it in the microwave about 8 times for 1 minute on each side kind of folded. Each time taking out after the 2 minutes and let lay on a towel and dry out and then continued for the 8 times doing the same thing with the hot pad. Now it will have just a tiny bit of moisture on it after 2 minutes (1 minute on each side) and it is pretty warm for about 15 minutes, so it does work pretty good on my back, shoulders or anywhere else I need to use it on my body. So with all that said it doesn’t work as good as my bean one at staying hot for a longer amount of time and not having moisture on my old one but it works pretty good for the price and the size is okay, not to small but could be bigger. I use it quite a bit for my painful body.

Cozy, Cordless, and Just Right
This heating pad is the perfect little comfort fix. The size is ideal, the weight is soothing, and it heats up evenly in the microwave—no plugs, no cords, nothing to fuss with. I love that I can take it anywhere. The washable cover is super soft and easy to clean, which makes it even better.It’s amazing for cramps, tension, or laying over your eyes when you just need to reset. And when my granddaughter isn’t feeling great, I warm it up and tuck it under her sheets—she sleeps so cozy with it. Highly recommend.

Uncomfortable fabric
The heating pad itself is great, but the cover (which is the reason I bought it) is a horrible fabric that is very uncomfortable.

So far so good
I’m giving it a 4 because only time will tell how durable and long lasting it is but apparently it comes with a warranty, hopefully I don’t need to use that. So far, it stays warm long enough, the size is big enough to get all my trouble areas, I use it for my stomach and lower back. The fabric/material feels pretty sturdy I don’t think it will fall apart anytime soon. I also like the little cover that comes with it. I read some reviews that comment on a smell/scent that comes from it except I don’t mind it I actually kinda like it. Its like an earthy scent so I guess it depends on the person, it doesn’t bother me at all. As far as the microwaving I was able to do over 2 minutes in 1 minute intervals after folding and flipping to opposite side (as per instructions). I think if you just follow the instructions it should be fine. It also comes with a chart on watts/time for proper usage, I liked that, I’m happy with it, hopefully it lasts.

I really like the quality if this bag, it really seems someone put thought into the design, it has a plush side and a velvety side and it also has a cotton case that comes with it, I am guessing it depends on the type of fabric feel you prefer, I like all of them. The instructions say to only warm up for 2 minutes, I felt that it was not enough heat after two minutes but I tried it on my shoulder and it still really helped with soreness but the heat was dry, when its advertised as a “wet” heat bag. The next time I heated it up for 2 minutes, waited a bit, turned it over and did another 2 minutes, and it had much more heat and I felt the “dampness” that was advertised as “wet” heat, I found it pleasant but I am not sure if everyone would like it. The bag does not have any smell, I know some come with lavender but I prefer no scent. I definitely think its worth buying, great product. LOVE IT!
