Absolute nightmare to set up—gave up!
What a nightmare! For this price I expected a lot more—certainly something I could . . . . wait, WE could actually figure out. The first issue was figuring out how to open the top to fill the medication trays. Well, we never did. For the life of us we couldn’t figure out how in god’s name to open this up. And I couldn’t set up the unit with the WiFi, (which is maybe why we couldn’t open it)? We tried for 30 minutes to sync it to the WiFi and gave up on that.It stated that you didn’t have to use the phone app, however failing miserably on the first two steps I decided to set up the phone app thinking that must be the magical solution to open up the bloody thing. Went to the App Store and downloaded it (note, it has one star so that really ‘inspires’ confidence) but no problem downloading (in fact was the only portion of this joke that worked). Next step—set up your account/register on the app—standard stuff such as enter your name, email address, a password and then “enter code sent to your email”. But it hasn’t been registered, so it doesn’t yet have my email—so there is no email to retrieve for said code! Unfortunately that code is a MANDATORY FIELD TO REGISTER THE PRODUCT and it won’t let me click on “REGISTER” without the code and you cannot register the app until you enter the code that is supposed to be emailed to you, but it can’t email you anything BECAUSE YOU HAVEN’T YET REGISTERED IT AND THEREFORE IT DOESN’T HAVE YOUR BLOODY EMAIL ADDRESS. Who the hell thought of that? Here’s a brilliant idea! Let’s have them register this to their email but let’s not allow them to actually do that until they get a code to an email that hasn’t been registered yet! Bloody brilliant!The customer support is a joke—goes straight to voicemail. The two instruction books are equally useless, like “open here” with a picture pointing to the top of the unit, but there was zero way to open it! This is basically a $500 paperweight. My brother and I spent over an hour to get nowhere and this is needed for a parent who has no idea what day it is and when to take their meds. I am returning this instead for a $30 large display alarm clock that gives the time and day of the week, with the ability to set medication alarm reminders.Please don’t get this monstrosity—go the alternative, simpler and cheaper route I’ve decided to do instead.

So far AMAZING! Great machine with Battery backup. Just works. Love the App. Thank you so much for making this product. Help’s my MOM! Get it you’ll be happy, I’ve tried several other’s and they were all Junk.
