Best Bang for your Buck
This thing is the best bang for your buck. It may not have all the connector bells and whistles but for someone who needs consistent cold therapy – it’s great. Two hand timer options plus it’s quieter than anticipated. Smaller and less bulky. I have experience with a Nice! unit and this fits the bill if you don’t feel like renting for a top dollar one.

GAME CHANGER!!
This thing is a total GAME CHANGER! Had my second knee replaced and my recovery was way faster than the first one because this cold therapy machine. I’ve used it on my ankle too. Worth every penny.

Terrible velcro. Missing water fill line.
While the actual machine works properly, the Velcro on the padding that wraps around my knee to deliver the cold therapy has worn out and will not stick after only 17 days of use, rendering it useless. Since I cannot afford to be without the cold therapy after knee replacement, now I must wrap a belt or band of fabric around the pad in order to keep it in place. Do yourself a favor and buy a machine with better-quality Velcro fixtures. I cannot recommend this one. Plus, the water fill line is missing.

This cold therapy machine far exceeded my expectations. It was very simple to assemble; ready to use in a matter of minutes. The bucket is thickly insulated and sturdy reducing the likelihood of any leakage. The knee pad has the perfect shape to perfectly fit around any knee. I loved the comfort and way it hugged my knee. The therapy the machine provided was so relaxing.

Used primarily for my football playing teens, this cold therapy device is super simple to setup and operate and serves its general purpose. I wish the water got cooler than it does but that can likely be changed by adding ice directly into the cooler itself. Storage is easy if you don’t mind breaking it down after use.

The machine is probably the best unit on the market, as it is simple to program and it operates quietly and reliably. Also, it’s dual Remote Controllers, one wired and the other wirelessly independent, means, there is no discomfort or awkward requirements to use the unit, however, the Power Plug will not fit into an Australian Power Point and requires an adaptor to convert the Power Supply Plug Unit from the US format to the Au format, something the supplier should have considered when selling into another country……….
