Great item
Great item, bought it for my elbow surgery and my husbands hand and heel surgery. This works great it’s cold but not painful, it immediately cold. It’s easy to set up and use. Highly recommend frozen cooler cubes or water bottles, they last a lot longer than just ice. Best purchase ever my husband wished we had it for his knee surgery’s.

Great Cold Therapy Product
I purchased this Cold Therapy machine to use after my hip replacement surgery. I’ve been using it for 10 days now and it is an awesome product for both cold therapy and compression. The ability to set the cold therapy with compression for 20 minute on – off cycles works perfectly and greatly reduced the pain and swelling in my leg.It is very easy to set up. I use 4 frozen water bottle and a gallon of refrigerated cold water. It gets icy cold and stays cold for 6 hours. As a result, I keep 8 frozen water bottles so that I can have continual use for at least 12 hours each day.I can highly recommend this purchase.

If you need cold therapy this is for you!
If you need ice therapy you NEED this machine. It was actually prescribed for me by a doctor. I was supposed to pick it up at the hospital pharmacy but I wanted to see what it was like so I ordered it here. This will come in so handy for my back. Though I purchased it due to shoulder surgery, I have lots of back pain and ice packs just don’t last very long’ This sucker is great. You can set a timer to run for example 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off and it will just keep cycling till you stop it. Or you can set it to run for however long you like and it will just shut off. I ran this thing almost straight for the first 3 days and a lot since then. If I had to guess I would say I’ve got about 60 hours on this thing and not 1 glitch. No problems whatsoever.

Effective, efficient, relatively easy to use
Bought this for my dad to use after shoulder replacement surgery. It was very effective! I had no problem using it, but others in the family seem to have problems getting it aligned the way he liked it. He found it comfortable to wear. A cooler full of ice lasts 6 to 8 hours. Dad has mobility issues, so not having to get up to change the ice was so helpful for him. Highly recommend.

Leakage/Ice water bath when turning on.
This product has some wonderful features that I really like: timer for ice on and ice off. The ability to apply compression. What I am not happy about is the leaking fixtures. It is the same one, the clear tube underneath the black cover on the section that sends the water to the pad. It has poured water out when turning on several times, getting the bed wet, the walls wet, me wet. Recovering from knee replacement and is not fun to get covered in water. I started wrapping a towel around the connection and push on it before turning on. This evening, it did this again despite my doing all that I have been doing. Ugh. So many good things about the machine that are negated by this.

A Worthwhile Investment for Total Knee Replacement Recovery
I’m soooooo glad I bought this! Even though an ice therapy machine was the top recommended thing to get for knee replacement recovery on Reddit, I hesitated because of the cost. I borrowed one from a friend of a friend but my cat got into the bucket and chewed on it! Of course it leaked but it worked well enough that I decided to buy a machine of my own. Thank goodness I could replace the bucket! After reading an exhaustive number of reviews, I chose the Reezedify ice therapy machine. The water bucket is well insulated with a zipped cover so it is protected from my naughty cat. It is sturdy and rigid enough when unfolded that I don’t worry about it collapsing. I have had no problems with leaking and putting four 16 oz frozen bottles of water in the bucket keeps the water very cold for several hours. The controller can be set to a continuous loop which I used 24/7 the first few weeks. I love that it can be set to timed on/off intervals now that my need for icing has reduced. The compression is not overly strong but it does feel good to have it on. The wrap is easy to get on with enough straps to get a secure fit above and below my knee while strapping one more loosely over my knee cap. I like that they detach and can be repositioned on the wrap as needed. The connection hose is long enough that the bucket can be on the floor next to my bed or couch and the wrap easily reaches my knee. The handle on top of the bucket makes it easy to move the machine from room to room.Why not 5 stars? The connection hose needs a cover to protect the skin leading up to the wrap. It gets very cold and is uncomfortable on my shin. Wrapping a dish towel around my shin before putting the wrap on took care of it. The Velcro straps are looking pretty beat up after several weeks of use. I am concerned they may fall apart before my next knee surgery in a few months. I’m going to see if I can order replacement straps.Overall, it has proven to be a great value for the money!

I love it and you should buy one
This product is an absolute must-have if you’re having a total joint replacement. I could not have managed swapping out ice packs and dealing with leaky plastic bags. I was icing on a 20 on/20 off schedule and would have been getting up constantly. Instead, I was able to fill this with frozen water bottles and water and have it stay cold for over 10 hours.Others have mentioned leaks – I have used it all day for the past 5 days without one leak. The hose connection is secure, the bag doesn’t leak at the seams, and there is no condensation. It has been a life-saver and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Don’t buy this one!!
Bought this pump for my knee surgery. I’m two weeks out and it quit working. I have not used it extensively as I also have freezer packs which are some times easier than moving this from room to room. Never used continuously, only 20min. on 20 off for an hour at a time twice a day at most. Very unhappy it didn’t hold up to at least though one surgery! For the price it should have been better quality.
