Little miracle
I did alot of research to see which ice machine as I was going in for a knee operation.This machine is a little miracle . Easy set up. Quiet and there is no leaks. The pads is big enough to go around your knee and came with three stretch bands to hold the pads place.It started working immediately, and I could feel the relief of pain. Could feel the cold instantly circulating through the pad.It is definitely worth the money. Quality of the ice bag is very good and can later be used as a cooler bag for going to the beach and is also foldable so it makes it easy for storage.

Ice cold!
My son plays high school football and they travel a lot for their games. I purchased this originally for him for when he needs to recoup, but ultimately he wanted to share it with his whole team for their travel games as it has helped him so much. It’s really easy to set up and wipe down between players and they like that it’s compact so it’s easy to throw onto the travel bus. His coach has probably thanked us atleast 3 times since we gave it to them. I honestly had no idea this thing existed until scrolling one day and running across it, but I’m so glad I did because it’s truly sooo useful to have!! Also pretty neat that it can be used as a regular ice chest too, in the event you wanted to multipurpose it. Definitely a must have for sports players

Very cool! (Pun intended)
Bought this for my wife’s knee replacement surgery. Post Op, this machine really does the trick in helping to keep her knee “iced”. Great instructions, easy to setup, good controls to allow user to be in-charge of the time and chill level. Easy to disable and disconnect so patient can be mobile. Switch-over is easy too when the ice in cooler has melted. Because she is reclined in 2 different locations (bed, recliner on porch), have found it very convenient to put the ice chest component of this device on an easily movable cart rather than needing to pick it up each time. Also, basically no significant leakage either… maybe a drop or two… when disconnecting the cold water circulation tubing at the connector valve.Very satisfied with performance of this device. Would highly recommend.

It has been perfect! I’ve used it for three weeks after a knee replacement. I’ve used it at night, and it has been excellent for controlling pain and swelling!The cooler is nice & tall so it fits a 16oz Pepsi bottle. We rotated six or seven frozen bottles in, once in the morning and once at night. There was still plenty of ice in there when we swapped them out. The pump is very quiet. I wouldn’t even know it was running except for the cold wrap around my knee. My physical therapist said this was a good cold therapy machine and I have to agree!

Knee replacement – I continue to use this thruout my recovery. What made this stand out is the controls.The cooler is as expected – seems well made, has lines on the inside indicating low and full water levels. Setting up the simple hoses was easy, NO LEAKS!A lot of little cords from the power cord to the controller, just a note on that.Now, that controller – I can set the coldness to three levels. I can program on/off cycling of the water to the pad. NICE!This cooler is a good value to me for the cost. The cold helps so much with the pain, I use this alot.I continue to use this in my third week post surgery – helps with the swelling I still have. I am pleased with my purcahse and would buy again

Great when it works and doesn’t leak
When the pump works and the hose connection is not leaking it’s great. I’m on my second unit. The first pump broke within minutes… note to those who purchase: be sure to test it before you are disappointed after surgery. Amazon got me a replacement quickly, but after 3 days it started leaking. I had the second hose available as I had not sent the original machine back yet. I changed the hose and now that is leaking.

Overall works but less than ideal fit
The cooler and remote work as expected. The Velcro straps to hold it in place are awful. The Velcro doesn’t adhere to the strap material so you have to attach to clothing, which makes it hard to attach it snugly. I have to remove it every time I get up as it’s not secure enough to stay on with any movement

Perfect for post surgery recovery
Worked great for post surgery rotator cuff recovery. The ice chest is well insulated and keeps the water cold all day long. I used frozen water bottles to chill the water. The programmable timer works great allowing you to program how long the water circulates as well as the timer interval between icings so you can leave the pad on. The different straps enable you to attach the pad to any body part. I definitely recommend this unit for anyone needing ice treatments.
