Super easy and helpful
This is the best thing I have ever gotten to help with my medication!! Not only do all my meds fit but an alarm goes off & you have to turn it over to shut it off. It has 3 different ways to be used. 3 x day 2 x a day or 1x a day!! All very convenient and easy to use!! I highly recommend.

Reshipped me a previously returned (USED) item.
First thing that was noticed was that my product box had obviously been opened. It was bent and pulled out and the tape was torn. So this was apparently previously purchased and returned. When I open the box, on top I saw a plastic zip closure bag with the batteries and 3 keys. Loosely and refolded incorrectly are the Quick Start & User Guides. When lifting the Styrofoam I see the Pill Dispenser with the black clip about a third of the way around. Under the Dispenser, I find all my Dosage Rings already torn apart but not torn very cleanly. Parts of the rings are torn into and also torn completely apart. They look like a kid got to play with them. So not sure why this unit was returned, but it obviously wasn’t inspected and repacked properly before reshipping to another customer. I have just now gotten it setup for use to see if it works properly. Did find that the QR code provided does not work to take you to a tutorial video, it only takes you to youtube.com, not a help video. So had to read the directions. So far very disappointed.

Easy to operate and wonderful for my elderly mother who is battling brain cancer. She calls it her spaceship pill box. Lol

Ok but not really locked
This dispenser works well, but I’m very disappointed in the “lock” feature. I purposely got this unit for an elderly person to ENSURE she couldn’t take additional medication or medication at the wrong time. It is advertised as locking, and I thought this would make it foolproof. Well, it’s not. She easily managed to open locked compartments that should have prevented her from incorrectly accessing medications.

This is a big dispenser, which makes it easy to fill & fit you’re sure to fit everything you need. The set up might be complicated for elderly folks, but the functionality is great once you get it properly set up.

This item does not lock. Keys are for battery compartment.
I was under the impression impression that this could be locked to keep the user from getting inside. It comes with 3 keys. These keys open the battery compartment. Why is it necessary to have a key for opening this.

Easy to use medicine/vitamins organizer
This is a great product especially for aging persons as it has reminders/alarms for morning and evening doses. It’s easy to use and there is enough room for medication and well as vitamins.
