To find the right size for you, just measure your leg circumference 6 inches above the knee and use your leg circumference data against the size chart to choose the right size for your knee brace.

How to use it
1. Loosen all the straps, open the knee brace, with the longer side facing up, and the silicone ring aligned with the center of the kneecap, and lay flat on the knee injury.
2. Wrap the higher fabric band behind the knee and close it, and then wrap the lower fabric band behind the knee and close it.
3. Pass the upper and lower pressure belts through the hook and loop in turn and close them.
4. Adjust each pressure belt to achieve the best comfort and support.

Fits right and supportive
Extremely impressed with this brace. I’ve had a few braces and multiple compression sleeves but this one fits the best because of the double straps ! Comfortable walking and laying down. Helps with the pain by being so supportive. Great value too!

Bought these for my girlfriend who had 2 ACL surgeries and she says that they work very well with stabilizing her knees while she walks or even stands. Very solid construction, strong stitching and durable velcro.

Second Purchase
This is my second one. Pros: It does help my arthritic knee. It helps with stabilization and there is plenty of adjustments you can make to keep it snug. Cons: The hole in the center, while allowing for the bending of the knee, doesn’t help with my meniscus issues. The bar on each side eventually poked a hole through the fabric. The velcro on the top strap has stopped staying secure (first purchase).I have large thighs so ordered the XXL according to the measurements. It has worked well for me for the last 6 months or so. I ordered an XL this time as the XXL did have some excess fabric. The XL will work and while it doesn’t strap over as far as the XXL, it is far enough and lessens the excess fabric issue. For the money, this is a decent brace.

I can’t express how thankful I am
I’ve been having unbearable pain in my knee. It began when I was pregnant. a year later I lost 60lbs hoping it would help, but it’s worse than ever. I couldnt even stand in the kitchen and cook because of the pain. The “brace” I got from Walmart during the pregnancy wasn’t doing anything for me.The doctor thinks my cartilage may be worn, and the bone is grinding. Sounds like ripping paper when I extend it. Unfortunately the MRI to confirm the issue is 4k, and insurance won’t cover it. So I can’t even have the test done to know for sure what’s wrong. Anyways, I needed something to help until I can afford the MRI.This brace is absolutely amazing. I wasn’t sure since it was so cheap, but the reviews were glowing, and $25 was worth a try. I put a compression slip from walmart over my knee, and then this on top. Immediately my pain lessened. My doctor wanted to try to put me on steroids to manage the pain, but with this brace and ibuprofen I don’t need it.The hinges are wonderful. I was afraid they would dig or be uncomfortable, but I wear this brace all day every day and never once felt any rubbing or discomfort. They help take the pressure off of my joint, and provide a kind of splint that keeps it from rotating or overextending (which is very painful for me.) I was even able to pick up and dance with my toddler for a little while today without ware on my knee!It isn’t a permanent solution. Eventually I will need to get that MRI and further treatment, but this brace has literally given me back my life in the meantime. As soon as I take the brace off, I can feel all the pain, but as soon as I strap it back on it’s as if there’s nothing wrong with my knee at all.I couldn’t sing enough praises for this item. Why are you still reading this??? Buy it! Your knee will thank you!

Works well until it self destructs
The Gonairey knee brace does everything it is advertised to do. It provides support above and below the knee joint to relieve pain and stabilize a weakened knee. It is easy to put on, and the straps allow adjustment for most people. The steel side plates make this brace stiffer than most others and are key to its superior design. Unfortunately, the rounded ends of the hard steel plates contained within the fabric will eventually tear through the surrounding soft material. After about three months of moderate use, I can now see the metal plate’s rounded ends protruding out of the fabric. I tried to sew the fabric to keep the plates contained but with use, the metal eventually broke through my repair. The manufacturer needs to reinforce the part of the brace at the rounded ends of the plates so as to fix this flaw.

I was looking for a seasonably priced knee brace that works and found it.
This actually helps my knee pain. I worked for the Forest Service for over 30 years, and hiking that steep terrain will take out one’s knees. These are stiff enough to stop lateral movement, but are wearable for extended period. The only problem is there is so much Valcro that the straps can stick to each other.

I have ongoing knee issues (bone-on-bone patellofemoral arthritis, plus a new tibial plateau fracture ). I’ve tried several braces over the years and for me, this brace is the most comfortable and best fitting knee brace that I have found.Most braces put pressure directly on my patella which flares the arthritis pain, this one fits my kneecap just right without pushing it or putting pressure on it. It is a longer brace style that gives great structural support. The adjustable support bands give a custom fit all around. I don’t get the same gaps and bunches I have experienced with other braces and I don’t need to pull up a slipping brace all day. This one stays perfectly in place every single time. It is very supportive but flexible and allows me a good range of motion as my post-injury activity tolerance has increased. I’ve been using it for the past 3 weeks at work which includes a daily average of walking 3-4miles throughout our building. So far it has been a great quality and despite 3 weeks of all day use, shows no visual signs of wear. *****Updated – I wore this brace daily for 4 months and it still looks and preforms like it’s new! Nothing has worn out. Seriously, this is the best knee brace I’ve ever used.
