Deep relief foot massage: Casters offer deep tissue penetration using precisely positioned nodes and signature cat paw designs. Imitating professional reflex technology, it melts foot fatigue, relieves sole pain and promotes relaxation – ideal for post-exercise recovery or bedtime relaxation
Acupoint massage nodes: The target key reflex zones for upgrading the massage nodes are the soles of the shoes, the arches of the feet, and the heels. Soak your feet in hot water or a foot bath bag, and at the same time use a foot massager to stimulate blood flow, activate energy pathways, and relieve foot pain and muscle stiffness
Magnetic bead therapy promotes circulation: Embedding magnetic beads combined with acupoint massage and magnetic therapy promotes circulation, reduces swelling, and accelerates muscle recovery. This dual-effect approach of relieving pain and improving joint mobility enhances health
Durable ABS plastic structure and portable design: Made of eco-friendly ABS plastic, this roller can withstand daily use while being odor-resistant and moisture-proof. Its compact and lightweight design (0.9 pounds) can seamlessly fit into a fitness bag, office bag or travel bag for foot care
Gift preparation: Specifically designed for health seekers, busy professionals and the elderly. Perfect post-work relaxation or elderly care can promote blood circulation and relieve stress

Good for general massage, hard to use for specific pressure points
This does work fine, but as compared to using an acupressure ball (what I normally use for working on my feet) or a regular roller that rolls on the floor instead of you rolling your foot over it, it’s harder to target spots you need to loosen up since there are a lot of points and where you get exact pressure depends on where the rollers are as the nubs turn, basically. The metal bearings on the bottom in particular are kind of impossible for me to use how they’re positioned without also using the rollers. It’s good for general foot relaxation (though it tickled me a lot the first time I tried to use it! I got over that on the second attempt) but if you’ve got a cramp or a knot you need to really dig into, it’s hard to use for that.

Lightweight reflexology roller that feels good and helps with light foot stimulation
It is pretty much exactly what the listing says. The plastic is lightweight. I would not put full adult weight on it, but it does not feel like it will snap with normal use. The purple rollers spin smoothly and it fits my wide adult foot. I wish it were easier to get strong pressure without pressing down so much because my leg gets tired. If you stand with one foot on it, you can shift your weight to that foot and get more pressure. You cannot use both feet at once, that would be too much for it.The box has a labeled foot diagram showing how different areas of the foot connect to parts of the body, and the same chart is included as a paper insert in Romanian. Based on that, it seems the roller is intended for gentle reflexology and light stimulation rather than deep-tissue massage, though I personally prefer the latter. The two metal balls at the front do not roll as smoothly as the purple rollers, and their purpose is unclear. It is very light and easy to move around. My child actually uses it under a desk while sitting and loves the sensory input. For the price, it is a decent little tool if you want light foot relief rather than a deep tissue massage.
