Very handy ice pack!
Very useful for shoulder pain!! Stays cold about 60 minutes if kept covered up with a heavy towel, excellent quality/ well made. Size is perfect for entire shoulder icing.

The knee version of this product is, by far, best ice pack I’ve used over the course of 3 years & 2 knee replacements. Bought the shoulder version for a friend with a bum shoulder. The gel is partially flexible even when frozen, the straps are tough, strong,, and easy to tighten. The materials are high quality, it works well with parts that move, like your knee. When the Pak stops being cold, it’s time to stop, so you don’t freeze your skin (a risk of ice machines). I don’t write reviews, I don’t like giving a product free advertising, but this is a a great product that can help you when you’re in pain or uncomfortable.

It’s ok.. it’s a weird design but it does get nice and cold yet thaws out pretty fast IMO!! I think you just have to try it out to see if it’s a good fit for you. No two people are the same so… ya know!! It’s refundable so try it out.

I love this ice pack. The strap makes it easy to use while doing other things. It is large enough to cover my entire torso and breasts and it stays cold without freezing me.Only problem is the strap came off with one week of use.

Great for lower back pain
I purchased this ice pack for my husband who had spine surgery. He said it was comfortable and covers a good portion of his lower back. He would like the Velcro belt to be a few inches longer but is very pleased with the item.
