Excellent Smart Ring for Daily Health Tracking
I am very happy with this smart ring. I mainly bought it to monitor my sleep and oxygen levels, and it works surprisingly well. The readings are clear and consistent. My smartwatch, which is much more expensive, does not have these features, so this ring has been very useful for me. I also love the rose gold color because it matches perfectly with my wedding ring. It is comfortable to wear, the app is easy to use, and the battery lasts a long time. I definitely recommend it.

The only thing good about this item is the sleeping stuff. And I don’t think it’s accurate. Make sure to size up. You have to use an app to work this thing. Looks cute on.

I’m very impressed with this smart ring from Mirlray. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and the gold finish looks beautiful. The health tracking features are accurate, especially the heart rate and SpO₂ monitoring. The sleep tracking has helped me understand my rest patterns much better, and the battery life lasts much longer than I expected. Perfect for tracking your health
This ring is perfect for tracking your health ( steps, sleep, stress, your heart) I use it the most to track my sleep, I have sleep issues where it is hard for me to fall sleep, with this ring I can seen when my sleep was the lighest and the deeppest. Also I like to see how many steps I do darle and this ring is a good way to track it. The design it is fancy and nice I would recommend to make sure you have the right size because it kinda runs small. Work greats and it is easy to use, nothing complecated and the good this is that you can set it with either ios or android.
