This was super easy to put on and quite effective my husband has scoliosis and this is helped his posture a great deal he says he’s noticed a difference at the end of the day after wearing it for 8 hours he hasn’t complained of upper back pain as much and has said he it soesmt feel uncomfortable to wear and can wear it under his hoodie and it’s not too noticeable.

I’ve used various types of back braces for scoliosis, over the last 6-7 years. Most are either flimsy and provide no support or are too uncomfortable to even wear.This brace has a very unique design that actually encourages your spine to be in the correct position and promotes correct posture. It doesn’t just tug you at the shoulders or barely hold you up like other braces do. The part of the brace that touches your back almost looks like a rubber spine. It flexes, as you put it on and pull the shoulder straps. I’ve found that this feature sets it apart from the other brands that i’ve used.The only negative i’ve found is that, though the shoulder straps are very comfortable, they do not appear to be durable. I have concerns about how long it will last before the straps are worn out. Aside from that this is by far the best back brace i’ve found. I think it could help anybody with back issues, but especially those who have upper back issues and definitely scoliosis.

It was what I needed, it’s comfortableand and very easy to use.
