    Highly recommend!!!
    I’ve always struggled with keeping a consistent self-care routine, but this journal made it so easy and enjoyable. The prompts are thoughtful without being overwhelming, and I love how it gently guides me to reflect without feeling too “structured.” It’s beautifully designed too. minimal, calming, and just feels nice to hold and use every day. Totally recommend it if you’re trying to build healthier habits and be kinder to yourself.

    Self-Care Journal
    This is a nice 3-month journal with some nice details to help you journal, take stock, and notate steps to make improvements in your life. It’s pretty straightforward to use. I like that it is undated, so I won’t waste pages if I miss a day or three. The quality is good, but the price is high. I question the “artwork” on the cover – I initially thought someone had scribbled on my book before sending it to me. Nevertheless, this might be a helpful tool for implementing life changes if you can afford the expense.

    I love that this self-care journal lasts 3 months — it’s the perfect timeframe to build habits without feeling like a huge commitment. The Monthly Checks have been especially helpful for staying motivated

    Unfinished Product?
    If it were just for the contents and layout of this journal, it would easily be 5 stars. I love the idea of bullet journaling, but I never want to spend the time using stencils and drawing out the pages. This is a great alternative. What I cannot get over, however, is the cover. It’s like a compressed cardboard with unfinished edges. Like the edges aren’t sharp, but they’re blunt. It’s almost like they had a place-holder cover on a prototype while they decided what to do for the final composition, but accidentally sent out the prototype. I’m not normally a snob about these kinds of things, but it just doesn’t feel good in my hands and I don’t get that excited to fill it out. I’m just using it as a place holder until I find something more polished.

    Wonderful Wellness Journal
    I’ve gone through a few “self-care” journals before and they have all ended up half-blank because they feel like homework. My therapist was really encouraging me to try journaling again and I decided to go with the Ostrichpillow journal, partly because I have seen their pillows and like them. This 3-month journal is genuinely different from the others I have used. The layout is clean and thoughtful without being overwhelming. It is organized, having a space for mood, sleep, movement, nutrition, gratitude, wins, and a little evening reflection, plus a next-day planner section that I’ve started using religiously. I have found it satisfying to flip back through the month and see patterns (like “oh, I feel amazing when I actually drink water and walk the dog”).The monthly check-in spreads are my favorite part: you set intentions at the start, then come back at the end to rate how it went and what to carry forward or drop. It feels like having a gentle coach instead of another to-do list. Everything is undated, so if I skip a day, I don’t feel guilty. I just pick up where I left off.The paper quality is great. It’s a little thick and smooth, and the pen doesn’t bleed through. The cover feels good, lies flat, and the whole thing is made from recycled materials. There is a tree planted per sale, apprently, which I appreciate.I’ve been using it for almost the full 3 months now and can honestly say my mornings and evenings feel calmer and more intentional. Even on chaotic days with my 5-year-old, taking three minutes to fill it out at night helps me close the day instead of scrolling (I have a disconnect routine before bed now anyway). If you’ve been wanting a journal that focuses on mind and body without the hokey sounding stuff, this is the journal for you.

    Nice journal, but takes time
    This is a well-made journal that covers a lot of different areas like sleep, mood, nutrition, and exercise. The prompts are helpful for getting you to actually think about what you’re tracking rather than just filling in blanks.The design is clean and minimal, which I appreciate. It feels like a quality product. The A5 size is portable enough to carry around if needed.That said, this is definitely something that requires a time commitment to use properly. It’s not a quick two-minute thing you do before bed. You need to sit down and actually reflect on the questions and prompts. If you’re the kind of person who can make that time regularly, this is probably a great tool. If not, it might end up sitting unused.The price feels a bit high for a three-month journal, but the quality is there if this is something you’ll actually use.

    Nice book, helpful sections for thought, but pricey.
    This is a body-mind tracker, and a repository for your reflections on the related sections the book divides itself into. They offer prompts to get your ideas on paper and track them over a 3-month period of time. Sections deal with sleep, feelings, nutrition, gratitude, mood, goals, exercise—a variety of health topics. There is the circle where you rate how your life is going in various areas. And what you are doing to improve those areas.This sort of journal takes time and quiet to utilize. I don’t think I have the patience and time it would take to use it as intended. Maybe once a week, but not daily. But it still a nice item, and I can appreciate it as book and as a gift for someone who has a leaning toward this lifestyle. It seems pricey to me. I would not buy it for this full price ($40 currently/90 day book).

    Simple, Fun, and Keeps Me on Track
    This self-care journal is such a great daily tool! It’s small and lightweight, which makes it super easy to travel with. The layout is simple but effective. It is great for tracking sleep, nutrition, exercise, and daily reflections. I find it fun to use and it helps me stay mindful without feeling overwhelming. It keeps me organized and on top of things. It’s also a great value for a daily journal!
