    This journal truly changed my life in 2021, and I’ve been using it ever since! It helped me slow down, focus on gratitude, and take better care of my mental health. The messages are simple but powerful just a few minutes a day makes such a difference. Highly recommend for anyone on a self-care journey! It’s heavy duty and lasts the whole year or longer if you save your journals. I set monthly goals weekly yearly and more. It’s a great journal for anyone really. No hype

    A truly wonderful, efficient tool
    I started using the LOA planner first week in January. I got one for myself and my partner. In the beginning it wasn’t always easy completing all the parts of the daily planner. I made sure I did it though as I was determined to change my life and I knew instinctively that it was going to happen in a big way in 2016. The very first day of the new year started off with a ‘chance’ encounter in the subway in NYC with a famous music personality with whom we had a nice chat. First time experience for me. By the end of the 1st week of January I had the opportunity to participate in a seminar directly related to the very first of my five big goals. By the end of the month the business I’d been slowly trying to build for over 12 months had been established with my partner and I got my first paying client. Since then things have developed rapidly and the opportunity to work on a big contract has already presented itself with two more prospective clients. A month and a half into the first year feels like six months in terms of accomplishments and the feeling of the things happening and moving forward.I feel the role of the planner is key here as it uses a methodical approach to keep the user focused on set goals and allowing for the creating of new habits. Using my planner every day has become a habit. For the time being I can’t use it as I got the 30-day one and I don’t want to erase the good stuff I wrote over the 30 days in January. So I’ve reused a few pages but I’m waiting for the annual planner that will allow me to see progress over a longer span of time.I love that the planner goes through things in a step-by-step detailed manner that targets every area of your life and brings you to be honest with yourself. Things are very well explained at the beginning of the planner and at the end of the planner there is a detailed section with examples that shows you how to use every part of the planner. Of course, after a month of using the 30-day planner it was obvious that I had to get the 12 month planner! I got 2 of them, one as a gift and I already got 2 30-day ones for friends. I recommend the planner to all my friends. It’s not about it being a miraculous product or anything like that (its only miraculous if you use it that way, same as a very well-made fork or pen). It’s simply an excellent product that enhances and amplifies any effort you put into making your life better on a day-to-day basis.Thanks to the creators for the work put into the planner. I am truly grateful for this lovely tool.

    nice planner
    This is a wonderful tool for ADHD brains! Has a whole class basically on tweaking your wiring for better memory and executive function.Also why I removed one star—it has so much I became overwhelmed and gave up.Planners have *never* worked for me, but does for others I know. Definitely worth a shot! At the very least you’ll learn some new tricks for your toolbox.It’s aesthetically and ergonomically pleasing. Texture is nice, pages are thick. Has stickers.

    Stunning! Best journal ever!
    I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful and well made this journal is. It’s by far the most comprehensive and well thought out journal I have seen. It comes with a booklet to explain why this journal was created- thank you Fredrick for this amazing tool! And detailed descriptions and examples on how to use each page. I can tell that a lot of work, thought and love went into creating this, and that the author genuinely hopes this will be a tool to help people improve their life. This book aligns perfectly with the new visions and dreams that I have for my life and I’m confident it will help me achieve my dreams. When I ordered it, I was so excited to receive it (I waited outside as the Amazon person dropped it off) and I can tell you that it has FAR exceeded my expectations, the quality is excellent. I thank God for putting this before me when I searched for journals. This journal completely nailed it, it’s exactly what I wanted and what I need. For anyone reading this, please let this be your sign to go ahead and purchase it. This $30 something investment is what can change the trajectory of your life and help you make your dreams come true. It’s an investment worth making!

    This is the perfect planner! Very well thought out and structured content. Not only does it help to plan your daily tasks but it has a section at the beginning that focuses on your future goals and indepth questions to help you achieve them. This planner is much more than I expected. It also makes the perfect gift as it’s presentation is lovely. It has a bookmark, hardback cover with imprint of affirmations and stickers. I looked at alot of planners and decided on this one and was not disappointed. I would definitely buy this again!

    Está claro que todos podemos hacerlo en un block de notas, pero aquí te pone las ideas claras y ayuda a organizarme. La calidad del papel es suprema, así como de la tapa. Todos los detalles están cuidados. La goma para cerrar, las pegatinas, la organización, el trabajo que te hace hacer escribiendo tus ideas es genial. Te recomiendo que mires mis fotos para verlo tu y lo puedas juzgar por ti mismx. Merece la pena intentarlo
