    Great way to track your cycle!
    Great way to track your cycle! Love how this is put together with a calendar and checklist to track your cycle and symptoms during your period. I thought it would only include a year of calendars but actually has 15 months. Great value and super helpful for me in perimenopause.

    After years of using random apps that either died or got too complicated, I finally found a physical tracker that actually works. The layout is simple enough that I’ll actually use it consistently, could have used more colour perhaps, and having everything in one place helps me spot patterns I never noticed before. My doctor loves that I can bring actual data to appointments instead of vague “I think it was around…” responses.

    Super helpful in keeping tabs on it all. I really like the layout and it allows me to see all the information easily. I find the apps are phones confusing so this book really helps me.
